- I upgraded my power rack 125 days ago from the Rogue Monster Lite to the Surplus Strength Arc Series which took me from 5/8" hardware to 1" hardware. I had the opportunity to start from scratch with attachments and these are the attachments that I use almost everyday and provide wild amounts of functionality in my small garage gym.

Good list. I want 4 of the 5 now lol. I don’t need the universal pulley but that seems to be a pretty good option for those racks out there without a drop in option. It’s amazing how these smaller companies can make outstanding attachments that put to shame the big companies.
The small companies seem to have the ability to pivot and adapt a lot faster than the large ones.

Great list. The greatest product endorsement I have ever seen is that hack squat setup with the henny system you did. Talk about putting your money where your mouth is!
That hack squat setup was awesome as well. I did it for over a month and got great quadriceps development.

Nice French cleat rack system. I had that in my old garage, super useful. Working on getting that set up at the new place

Love this list. Just purchased my UPS pulley and waiting for it to arrive. I have the same Landmine attachment and I got to say, it’s pretty awesome as there is protection inside to help the bar. Thinking of getting the lower pulley but not sure how much use it’ll get. Thanks for the upload.

Great review as always! The Adroit Landmine is an excellent option. Not sure that you mentioned it, but I believe it is the only Landmine that won’t scratch up your barbell sleeves.
I did mention that it didn’t but I didn’t include the statement that it was the only one. Someone would inevitably find one that doesn’t and say I’m a hack! Lol

Great run down. I'm sold on the Klevabuilt landmine. It's angered me from day one that Rogues landmine has an sticker that peeled off and lacks plastic lining.
Plus the universal joint is a little sloppy IMO
Chalk bowl aint no critical attachment but the Hennys are interesting though. Pulleys are a critical need!

It is designed and works on 1” holes on a 3x3 rack

McMaster Carr for the bolts if you need more. You can also order them from Rogue custom order. I have seen SD custom crossmembers and think they look pretty awesome. High quality work for sure

Overall, I've found that my easy to adjust and move around attachments get used.
If a pain in the butt, it sits in the corner gathering dust -> Here's looking at you, jammer arms.

Would you rank those leg rollers above Rogue leg rollers? I know Rogue has similar hand-screw system that won’t scratch.
The rogue one is less expensive by a tiny margin but isn’t available in custom color options. I prefer my straydog rollers
Hi, do you know if the Straydog Half Rack Band Attachment fit in the Rep PR500 uprights? I Really want front feet stabilizer for my rack but I don't like the height of the Rep ones
I can’t make any guarantees. Unfortunately the design of the SD one contacts the ground. The Rep bottom hole is at 1 1/2” but I don’t have a SD rack to tell you if it has the same bottom hole

Do you know if there are any plans to have a 5/8”-hole version of the chalk bowl?
I just messaged the lead designer and they said they attempted but the holes and locking design was so small that it was almost fragile. They are exploring hitch pin options.
@@TheKurtlocker Speaking of hitchpins, it would be great if more companies offered the hand tightening nuts in the 5/8 inch. For the Kleva landmine, movable chalkbowl, maybe the UPS cable system.
Oh and magnetic pins as well! We need this stuff like yesterday! :)

@@TheKurtlocker I agree that 1” is nice, but, frankly, it’s overkill for most of us. For one thing, attachments tend to be more expensive, and 5/8” is plenty strong enough for most of us mere mortals, especially for home gyms.

I bought a stainless trash bowl for $12 bux and smacked on a sorinex sticker on there lol.
Obviously that increases the value of the bowl. Now the real test is to try shipping it somewhere. If it costs 5x it’s appreciate value post rebranding, it has passed the test of being a Sorinex product

That was me experimenting with a lever squat or a hack squat variation using the Henny straps.

You a power lifter? Awesome! Does Westside do this shit? Oh, they don't????? Toss'em! Cross fit doesn't even do this shit and they do all kinds of pointless movements.
Arnold and west side do not represent the longevity or effectiveness of strength training, they are examples of a few folks that did it effectively. The Henny is an awesome training tool, especially in a garage gym where space is limited.
God forbid that anyone should ever do anything that Arnold didnt...we would run the risk of the world actually progressing..
