Great video, much appreciated! My valve assembly had two small black hoses instead of one and not a lot of play in those two black hoses. Getting those puppies back on was a PAIN. But, all seems to be working well. Appliance Pros on RUclips to the rescue again!

Thank you, very helpful video. What a shame that, including replacing this valve, in 7 years of ownership I have now spent nearly 80% of the original cost of my Samsung washer in repairs. Includes a failed main board and several fixes of the undersized wiring to the drain pump. Not to mention the inconvenience to our household and the concern caused by finding water leaking through the first floor into the basement for this latest problem.
Thanks so much. My Samsung was giving error code 4C, couldn't pull any cold water through. After cleaning valves and other quick fix tries, this was next step. Quick and easy replacement thanks to your video.

I've a "nF" code. Washer was making some whistling noises when filling not sure the noise was from the water line hoses or the washer itself, also it was repeating the filling process and some water in the little blue tray where the detergent goes, not sure if the issue is water inlet valve or the old hoses, either way I'm planning to tackle both to be sure.

If the threads are stripped, is the solution to epoxy mini shut-off valves or fittings onto the threads, or replace the whole valve.
I ask bc the threads on my washer's inlet valve are stripped

Samsung washer is constantly dripping and only cold water dispensing in drum, would it be the water valve? I checked and nothing Is clogged..
