Another Terminator, the revamped T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger), has been sent back to protect the boy. As John and his mother (Linda Hamilton) go on the run with the T-800, the boy forms an unexpected bond with the robot.

Outstanding film! Better than the first in my opinion. Good morning ✌️
When the T-1000’s hand got stuck on the fence and his feet was imitating the floor as he walked, he was malfunctioning cause he was frozen.
That shot was not in the theatrical. The only weakness it showed was when it did a quick refresh.
The director James Cameron intended for Terminator 2 to be the END of the Terminator Saga. The greedy studios decided to make a bunch of inferior sequels without James Cameron that ruin everything that Sarah, John and Arnold accomplished in part 2.
I concur that this sequel is better than the original...the first film was genius for what it did with the budget and other things, but as a film overall this second one is better. IMHO
Also....maybe Fun Fact: According to nuclear bomb experts, the portrayal of the nuclear bomb going off in LA in this movie is still to this day the most realistic portrayal of a nuke on a city ever shown in any fictional movie ever.
1. Linda Hamilton should have been at least an Acadamy Award for best actress.🤩

4. Arnold did many, but not all of his own stunts in this movie, including riding the motorcycle. At one point he was injured, and they had to stop production for a couple of weeks so he could recover.
5. Arnold is not left-handed, but the way he works that shotgun is impressive😲
6. The twin security guards also play in "Good Morning Vietnam".
7. GOOF: Enrique's dogs don't respond to "Uncle Bob" as a Terminator.
8. "I need a vacation" was ad lib.
9. This is the action movie GOAT.🤩
John's age is a huge goof. He's 9, 10 and 13 at the same time. The latter applies if you consider T3 canon.
Linda Hamilton should have definitely got an academy award for her role in this film, she was so believable, an amazing performance in an amazing film.
