I got job 100k + in IT cyber security with top canadian bank on Jan 09th
I landed on Sept 4th. I conpleted 1st semester and then before 2nd semester start. I had 5 job offer. I am in ontario brampton.

After you get out of school there's 100's of people applying for any desirable job in Canada. Canada has never been much of a decent job creator and when you expand the labor force 2% plus a year with immigration - what can one expect.
That's why the federal government always subsidizes potential employers to "create jobs." The VW battery plant being the stupidest one yet at 1.5 million per job. I bet you it turns out to be a complete boondoggle. After all, who do you think is a better negotiator, VW who is looking for the best deal in the whole of North America or the federal government, disparate to find something to do for the 1/2 million or so immigrants they bring per year.
