Tanzeel bahi being a new international student of University of Manitoba for fall 2023 intake , I have been provided with UMSU dental and health insurance. Moreover , the university has given me international health insurance as well .
I wanted to know that are these insurances worth to get free and convenient health care as a new comer to Canada?
And I wanted to clarify that these health insurance covers all the medical services and medicines also right ?

Bro I agree with your thoughts...but I am a visitor in winnipeg and on 1st Aug morning I feel pain on left side of the chest ..I went to the hospital they took only 30 to 40min for ecg and do the all necessary thing and admitted me within 1.30 hrs ...but with blessings of the God it was muscular pain ..so may be I was lucky at that day I got all the things in time....

Bdw don't forget these are public hospital if your're comparing with india then compare with Indian public hospitals. Hope you know how they treat. Years of waiting in AIMS.
