I can watch videos from avatas internal storage in the dji fly app on my phone and when i download them they are black screen on my phones photos and on the app also. Lost all my videos this way. Any help?
@@palmhammockpalm maybe try downloading the DJI Mimo app. If that’s doesn’t work save the videos to an external drive and flash the firmware to the drone again, then put videos back and see how it goes. For sure use DJI Mimo - hope this helps, let us know how it goes.. www.dji.com/mobile/downloads

Any chance you could make a video on how to transfer video from the goggles 3 to an iPhone? Or is this even possible? I have no problem getting the transfer done from my Avata 2 but I can’t get the video from my goggles on my phone.
You should be able to choose which directory you want the videos to be saved in. As for the format that's chosen by default by DJI, you might have to format the sd card and then try saving the videos again. Be sure to back them up on something before formatting the card. You can alway send a sample of the video via wetransfer.com, don't mind trying it from my end.. Hope this helps Maybe a reboot or seeing if the app needs to be updated.. Hope this helps.. I am having trouble with quick transfer. It shows as if it has downloaded (shows the process and % up to 100%) and then it gets stuck on "saving to album..." and then it disconnects. Any idea? Thanks

I have a question; so I copied my internal storage videos to my Mac, thinking I could transfer that footage to my iPhone, but I can't seem to do that....then I tried connecting to the DJI Fly App and doing the QuickTransfer option, but it says there are no files on the internal Avata storage, even though I only copied from my Mac....what am I doing wrong? I just want to download the footage to my iPhone. :(

So I wanted to know if I remove the SD card from the goggles and put it in the Apple Card reader and then plug it into my iPhone, can I then view and / or download the videos that way ? @@joesalcedo2132 only through the settings. If you forget the turn it off it will be permanently on your video footage.. hope this helps If you don’t want it on your video just turn it off.. if it’s already on the video then you’ll have to toggle the off switch and take the flight again again

Every time I plug my avata 2 in to my mac, both desktop and laptop, it doesn't pop up as an external hard drive, any idea why this is happening?
You might need a high speed data cable
Regular USBC may not be optimal.. hope this helps.. let us know how it goes

Is the removal of the metrics and all the info solely through settings or can you use some sort of editing app/program
