I never cried watching a video that analyses songs or movies. But I cried in this one. Those tears came from within me. I love this. Thanks so much...I don't know what to say anymore
In the whole video i recognised that all religions are teaching the same matrix there is no difference between any of us and any of them just a inner you helps you to find that supreme power..❤
I'm sitting at a chai tapri , enjoying the beautiful morning and the environment, feeding some stray dogs and watching this video...I didn't know what happened around me in last 8-10 minutes,I was so zoned out and in tears ...and so commenting here to remind me of this day if anyone likes it ..(i usually don't comment on YT videos but this video compelled me to!!)
I wish there was a photo or video of that moment that you could share! But even your words painted a picture for me. How beautifully you have articulated what you felt! Thank you for going out of your way and commenting it ❤️
Itni detailing pr dhyaan to DIRECTORS ajkal ki movies mein bhi nhi dete jitna iss MASTERPIECE SONG k Music , Lyrics and Video mein diya gya h. Absolutely Mind Blowing.
"Mann ke mere ye bharam, kache mere ye karam, le ke chala hai Kahan , main to jaanun na" It's the most relatable part of this song to me. I don't know why but I always relate to this part when i feel guilty !!!!
Isse bhi or uper uth skte hai app . Mujhe mujh se hi rihaa... Mujhe means your soul (wich is the purest thing , a very tiny part of the almighty) and mujhse means this world and it's loop specially jb hamara muh duniya ki tarf hota hai (mool dhar chakr se) by the 5 ghosts ( Kam Krodh Lobh Moh Ahankaar) ... And hereby you realise that everything is Maya and only god is truth and we all are here just to struggle to meet God from inside
Bhai kya cheez bata di tune !! Parso Sheher me Rockstar re-release hui thi. I had never watched it. But dekh kar aane k baad ye geet peechha nahi chhod raha tha. Gaanaa samajh liya tha kal hi, par aaj aur connect ho gaya. Thankyou so much.
Finally someone spoke about the exact feeling that I felt listening to Kun Faya Kun Otherwise many people just don't understand the gravity of this song Hats off Man
@RojaJaneman don't speak rubbish true Muslims don't belive in dargah and all we only ask everything with Allah we can't ask with those peoples who are already dead we can pray for them we can't ask any help or wish with them
The detailing in Imitiaz's Direction, AR Rehman's Music and Irshad's Lyrics are just hitting the bottom rock of my heart!! Thankyou to the whole team for explaining in depth and making new generation listen this masterpeice♥
I have watched the movie ‘Rockstar’ more than 15-20 times, but I have never felt such intense contemplation towards this incredible song. Brother, you have given a new view, direction, and a different way to this song. Congratulations!
Idk what to say ,had been feeling so low. Jake kun faya kun suna , aur ab lagta hai sab ho jayega , dhire hi sahi , nahi bhi hua to kuch alternative dhund lenge , i have never felt so carefree in my life before ! Thankyou , thankyou so much !
I'm a hindu, Irrespective of the religious intervention, Kun Faaya Kun is one of the finest song ever... The meaning ufff.... Mann ke ye bharam, kache mere ye karam The line which makes me guilty+gives me strength everytime....
Phase 1- In 2013, i was all shattered, i destroyed my btech completly... I was in delhi.. Lost, exhausted, full of negative thoughts.. I was about to end all the pain by taking my life ... Was not having a single soul to share my pain and feeling.. My parents comes from bihar.. Mein kaise batata unhe ki mein acha nahi kar paya, scared about the trauma they will face.. Phase 2 I heard this song for the first time, took a bus and went to hazrat nizamuddin dargah.. I prayed and i cried, i prayed and i cried.. Mein ander se cheekh cheekh kar roe raha tha.. I slept there on the ground. The song Kun Faya Kun has neva replaced by any song till date .. Night sky.. Ear plugged and tears in eyes becomes the regular habbit.. May be this was my way of reaching the almighty.. Phase 3 I become a Quantitative Aptitude Faculty.. I earned more than i could have done by doing my btech in a fruitful way.. Now im in uttrakhand, also got the best maths faculty of uttrakhand.. In 2022 i went to tungnath, as im a regular solo rider. The vibe over there is same as that of hazrat nizamuddin dargah.. I have my own channel name MathsPhobia.. And i do offline and freee lancing in some reputated instutes of india.. All i wanna say is.. Kun Faya Kun is not just a song.. It is a healer, it is mentor, it will make u cry immense and at the same time its a mentor.. Thanks to the almighty for creating this world.. We know nothing about this world, But the "Rangreza" is the real artist. Hey Almighty Bless Those Who Are Honest Enough With What They Are Doing 😢😢😢❤❤
Totally agreed bro.. this song saved my life too.. you have done a great job .. so many people become depressed.. this is the solace I got when I listened to this song. . When everything was dark this provided so much relief..
Come on bro. U felt the creators love and grace. Its time u start worshiping the creator alone. No one else to devote ur prayers to other than our loving creator who revealed his name Allah. Jesus called him Allah in aramaic language. All of the prophets called him Allah. He revealed to us enough to know that he gave us one releigion to live by. Come to that and fulfill ur life
The way he realises when "main hun tujh mai samaya" was incomprehensible ❤️ He gets up, bows n goes out The Majesty of some words aren't explainable ✨ This was my perspective from the song
Is the "main hun" different from the "creator" ? Immersed as a different entity? Or, is he the same, inseparable part? Is music a halal thing to create and enjoy??
Brother, my name is mahmood akhtar, I'm a pakistani actor, writer,Director and poet. Rahat, sadhna sargam, and Sono nigham have sung my songs. I watched your video on kun faya Kun. Don't have words to explain your research and narration. It must be the w 0:24 ork of Mr. Imtiaz. But the way of your story telling was amazing. God bless you . Keep the good work brother.
Mahmood Sahab, I'm a Canadian of Pakistani decent and a big fan of your body of work. I've seen your acting and directed t.v shows but had no idea that you are a poet as well and have your written songs sung by greats such Rahat sahab and Sonu Nigam. Could you please name those songs so we could listen as well. I might have but would have no idea that they were written by you. Lots of love and duas for good health and prosperity.
I’m so deeply grateful for this video. Oh my god. While watching this I got the confirmation again why I love rockstar so much. Rockstar is the only movie I saw repeatedly. 3 times in theatre 4 times at home. I never rewatch movies. I always feel it’s new. I felt a new emotion. I cry everytime I watch even though I know what’s going to happen. This song my god. Don’t we all crave for this awakening in our life. To meet ourselves to let go of false personality. What a video man. Thank you. Even if you had spoken slowly made it into a longer version would have loved it. No need for editing out anything. Thank you again.
The movie and its soundtrack came at a very interesting phase in my life and I resonated with each scene and song! My favourite movie of all time!!! Have seen it a couple of times myself
I had tears in my eyes watching you explain the song, the lyrics and the philosophical context, because it's like someone giving words to what I personally felt and experienced. I have myself been to Nizamuddin Dargah multiple times, and probably nothing for me makes the experience more peaceful than to just sit silently in one corner, watching the shrine and the people, while Kun Faya Kun plays in my earphones. I close my eyes and surrender myself to the higher power guiding me.
Kun faya kun helped me in the bad times, it just gave me hope in dark times, and I've always felt Krishna's presence in the song, the line hit me so hard "tune mujko banaya, me toh jag ko na bhaya, tune gale se lagaya, hakk tu hain khudaya, sach tu hain khudaya" it's just get you out of every problems.
Kun fa yakoon h Muslim kitaab Ka word or non Muslims usy sun kr Krishna ka presence feel karty h 😂.. Ye to wahi baat hogai na dosron ki lines ly Kar us pr itrana..
@@revolutionarypremiumbrand Yes brother, ham sochte h god alag h, in real it's just one big energy, it's just different form we have, it's about how you believe in it, aapka vishwaas hain uss line me aapko allah feel hote hain, kyu nhi, muje believe krishna pe h i feel his presence, name and form doesn't change anything, at the end sab ek hi hain. 😌
I am just speechless😮 by knowing that one song includes this much history and deep thinking. And this is because in today's era you will find new songs got released as minutes passes.... Hat's off man great work .... And your greatness reflects in your every world❤..
This song is love.... Few years ago I hated myself for loving deep but after sometime by doing inner work I realised I was blessed I can love so deep that it connects me with God...and this song worked like healing in my journey.... I still feel overwhelmed n get goosebumps whenever I listen to it....A.R rehman is such a blessed soul to produce such a divine music❤
For the past few months, I have been going through one of the worst times of my life. During this period, my only companion has been music. Ever since I watched the movie Rockstar during my college days, listening to this song would unknowingly bring tears to my eyes. I am an ardent fan of Baul songs. Whenever I go near the Baul community, it becomes difficult for my family to bring me back. I have even spent a night outside a mosque in Kolkata. I don't know why. It wasn't to imitate anything. I watched your video a few days ago. Since then, I have been watching it repeatedly every day. Once your video, once the song. I can't find the words to say to you. I can't find the language. I just want to say one thing. You have taught me how to live. Thank you very much, Abhishek.
The depth of this song truly shows how Rangreza can create a kala whose essence can be ignored by people who just want to enjoy the outer appearance, but those who are willing to dive into it aren't just enjoying, they are living the same ecstasy which rangreza experience when he wrote. I'm disappointed by the fact that I cannot give more than one like to this video.
I heard Javed Ali sing it live exactly an year ago now. Never felt more spiritual that at that moment with a thousand others in what I could only describe as a trance.
my eyes were filled with tears by the end of this video. Rahman sir's composition, the lyrics, the music, Ranbir's act all of it beautifully cane together and this masterpiece was born. i don't think I can put in words what I'm actually feeling right now.
For me this song relates to hope, when everything was lost and no matter what I did, did not work, I felt helpless, powerless, exhausted, no control then there was no other option then to surrender and accept what was happening and just let it be. An unexplainable sense of hope that something will be good in the future. It made me realise to stop feeling bad for myself and love yourself.
I have always been a fan of Ranbir Kapoor. When he had debut with Sawariya ,I was too small to understand the acting but his acting always had a miracle. His expressions convey the whole story. I have never watched Sawariya but that song had conveyed his art. Then comes Ajab Prem ki ghazab Kahani.Again complete perfection. I won't shy away from saying that He is one of the few greatest actor of his century.
Tere bin khali piya ka ghar, Rangreza rang mera tan mera man or tune mujhko banaya me toh jag ko na vaya. This song was released when i was in school. It's already been my fav for this long but now as an adult finding my purpose and finding the meaning of life this song is always something that guide me to the power, I cry whenever i listen to this song and if you ask me why even i don't know the ans. The almighty who is within you within me within us connect me to my piya.... after all ''sach tuhi hai khudaya" ❤
Nothing but Thanks for making this video. I recently visited Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah and coincidentally it was a Thursday, the day of the week when they organise Qawwali evenings. I feel so connected to this video ❤
I always listen to this song when I am feeling hopeless, and instantly I feel so comforted that divine is always present. The deeper meaning of Qun Faya qun is that you think of something and it’s done.. coz you are the co creator of your destiny.
The way you have explained the meaning of each word and the way his journey started and where he reached was so beautiful, 'Main toh jag ko ka bhaya, tune gale se lagaya Sach tu hi hai khudaya ' this line stays with me and is a reminded call each time I feel low ❤
Love the way you presented it Brother. Whenever i am alone, I weep listening to this song since maybe over 10-12 years. In this song, RK expressed so well, (that expression!!) - the extreme situation he has faced. When he is thrown out of his house, he finds himself all alone in the world ! Homeless & hopeless, he reaches the Dargah & finds peace & solace in Hazrat Nizamuddin's/The Almighty's embrace. The complete emotional upheaval is expressed perfectly well. Adore the director, the actor, the music, the lyrics, the song, cinematography, everything executed to perfection.
I am really amazed by knowing that film makers really focus on such tiny tiny details to make everything look so perfect blended, until now I only used to listen audio of this song but from now watching the vedio of this song will fill me with more gratitude, more satisfaction, more respect for creating a master piece and thanks to you for making us realise those beautiful things ❤❤
Exactly yahi sawal mery pass bhi tha k jab usy itna feel hoa to us n Islam q nhi qabool Kia.. Actually ye sab acting k lye hota h is s ziada Kuch nhi hota
Brother,.... thank you ....fir doing this, otherwise this wouod have remained a mystery. You've enabled me to appreciate this song so much more... I have always been fascinated by its musicality, but today this song has climbed a few notches... You've given it a new dimension... thanks, my friend.
Ye gaana utna samjh me to nahi aata tha but jab bhi sunta hu to jaise puri body vibrate karne lagti hai aur ekdam se shuddhikarn ka ahsaas hota hai... Bahot pasand hai mujhe ye gaana aur aaj aapne jis tarah se ise decode kiya hai isse ab main isa gaane ko sirf mahsoos hi nahi balki kafi achhe se samjh bhi sakta hu.... Thank you Sir❤❤❤
I've just moved to a new country and have been listening to this song subconsciously no wonder this song has an underlying tone of someone creating something from scratch.
Never noticed the video's significance with the song because the song itself was so profound & fervent for me, I didn't need to watch visuals to feel that but this narration gave me a new way to delve into the song. Thank you
6:01 "tere bin khali, aaja khalipan mein". It doesn't mean that God is telling us that he is also alone without us. It means God is telling us to come to him as a void, devoid of any selfishness or human desires. That is "Come to me without YOURSELF". God is self-sufficient. He doesn't need anyone.
I have a really important exam coming up in 15 days and i have been so tensed i couldn't sleep at all for many days actually.. All the stress and self doubt was creeping onto me and i thought my prayers were not being heard.. i was doubting God's love for me but then i just opened RUclips and stumbled across this video I watched it and later when i heard Kun faya Kun i couldn't stop my tears.. I just felt so at peace.. I was so calm and in tears I woke up and did my chanting (mantra meditation) and then i could finally fall asleep And today i feel really energetic to work towards my Goal knowing that God has my back.. Your video was like God's instrument to make me feel his presence.. The way you went into so much detail is appreciable❤ Thank you for this video!
Many good wishes for your exam..Whatever result you will get out of this exam, it would serve its purpose that is destined for you. Just play your role, don't focus much on the outcome.. Either way, it will serve to your soul's growth.
I'm a Malayali... Although I speak Urdu, I never understood the whole meaning of the lyrics... But whatever they had to convey... They did exactly that through that godly music... I listened to the song again n came back to write this.. I had to... My heart is full... My eyes are wet... Thanks for this video...
I've never seen such amazing explanation video of a specific song! Imtiaz Ali x A.R. Rahman.. What a masterpiece they've created!! "Kun fa-yakūnu has its reference in the Quran cited as a symbol or sign of God's supreme creative power."❤
Each line of this song is hitting deeper and clearer now...From few these days I have been trying to understand myself, my purpose of life , what actually I need to do....Why God gave me life... Now , I am able to realise that it's all for a great reason and I have started this journey.... understanding it.... Really grateful to you for this beautiful realisation 🙏 May God bless you always with good health, happiness and success 🙏❤️ Thank you ❤
Thank you for breaking down the song so beautifully for all of us. Every time I listen to this song, there's one line that stands out for me "Jab kahin pe 'kuch nahin' bhi nahi tha, wahi tha wahi tha" It is profound!
Crazy how deep you dived into this. Changed my perspective to this song to some extent. Thank you for this, felt like I needed it❤️lots of appreciation to you man!
Woww...ye video dekhne se pahle mujhe laga ki ek gane ko explain krne k liye itna lamba video..but ise dekhne k baad mujhe lga ye video to bahot hi chhota hai kaash thoda aur hota.. Is gane me jitni jo magic hai uske mantra yaha hai..woww..
What u have done is you have given an insight into this song which every music lover deserved to know... Whoever loves this song doesn't love it cuz of its music or vocals or lyrics, its cuz it has struck a chord somewhere that divine intervention exists in this materialistic world !!! And that it can really open your inner soul where u r ready for the greatest change ...
Kun faya kun has helped me recover in my darkest times I was 8 or 9 yo when kun faya kun was released i have turned 20 today in these 11, 12 years this song has given me the the peace and hope nothing and nobody could ever give. 12 years back my little heart used to feel the warmth of my expired grandfather's and today i find the Almighty's presence through this song. I don't follow islam I am a hindu but i think music and specially a qawali or bhajan which is abt God is beyond religion and borders kun faya kun have been proving this ever since. Thank you so much for the dive you took in it and brought this up to us. Amazing work.
this deserve 100000000s like and should reach out to as many people as possible. Great work on the video analysis and thanks for creating and sharing this knowledge with us.
Bhai!! I was really enjoying the video, it should have been longer. I'm not sure where to begin...the editing, material, and presentation were all excellent. You described the smallest, most insignificant details beautifully, You did an excellent job of explaining the connection between each line and the acting, direction, story, cinematography. The amount of effort that has been done behind this is evident in the video....proud of you bro!!...keep it up👍
Struck a cord so hard that I was in a flow state & literally started to weep.. this song is a study of grief. All stages of grief beautifully portrayed. Thank you for this ❤
The way you explained, its enough for giving us goosebumps ❤️❤️ I am really glad that at the times when people are criticizing Bollywood music , people like you are bringing thee beauty out of it..✨🤍🤍 Keep it up dude ❣️❣️
I do not know why but the moment when "Rangreza" part started, a tear started rolling down my face, and I just realised that I haven't cried in a long time. My therapist was telling me some days ago that crying is very important to relieve the stress out of the body, but it was not happening to me no matter how hard I tried. I could not cry. But after watching this video, I cried a lot. I guess this is the power of this composition. I just love the harmonium part
@@suryavanshiabhyuday8584You are right but it's not Krishna that we worship, it's the higher supreme energy who doesn't hv a body & who doesn't come in the karmic cycle is the one we remember. Even if u worship Krishna or any other power, u're ultimately remembering him, God is nothing but energy/light and so are we a.k.a. we are souls and he's the Supreme Soul. Religions are just human made concepts, God never had a body or a karmic cycle bcoz the Creator is always separate from the Creation and we all belong to him, no matter what religion we come from. Also, I'm a Hindu so pls do not attack any other religion here.
The real magic of the song is in the lyrics. When I first heard about this song being spiritual or something at my teenage, I totally neglected that because at that time I couldn’t feel anything. But later in life there's a time, I really understood the meaning of this song. There is a time in everyone's life where everything happens against your desire, whatever you do somehow doesn’t work out well and then you badly pray to Allah to say- "Kun" (be), because you know that if He says it, nothing can stop it from "faya Kun" (being done).
@@MischiefManaged-ed3kv maybe or maybe not, but there will always be a time when your God will test you in many ways and you will come back to listen to this song 😇
That's what the beauty of sufism is. Although it is not the main part of Islam but you've explained it so well. Mind blowing. Before Ramadan would love to see more such videos.
"Absolutely blown away by this insightful breakdown of 'Kun Faya Kun' 🎶 The depth with which you've explored every aspect, from AR Rahman's mesmerizing composition to the profound lyrics of irshad kamil and intricate cinematography, is truly commendable. It's like experiencing the song in a whole new light. Your passion for the details shines through, making me appreciate this masterpiece even more. Kudos to you for bringing out the magic behind the music and creating such a captivating analysis!"

Loved it. Aur haan, aise soulful songs decode karte waqt aaram se karo, take your time because this video deserved more time as it was intriguing. Thankyou. Keep up with your good work!! ❤❤
The beauty of this song or any Sufi music is that it makes it easy to connect with the heavenly power that you believe in, even if you do not understand a word of it. Thank you for breaking it down for us to make it easier than it was before.
I don't know how to explain to you that, after your suggestion when I started listening to the song, I just kept listening, usually I repeat the lyrics of the song together and when the line came Jab Kahin Pe Kuchh Nahi Tha then my Eyes filled with tears. With tears, I don't know why I was crying ❤️ Thank you so much for this video 🙏
You have done such a great work decoding and unlayering this song layer by layer, from technicality of the cinematography, to the roohaniyat of the lyrics. I am new to your channel and came here directly after watching your take on Rehman's another masterpiece Tum Tak. It blows my mind that somebody actually put it in words what I have always felt in my heart listening to these songs but never quite understood in detail. I wonder if you are also some sort of creator, your own music or your own videos. I would love to see how you use your ability to understand so well in your own work.
Thanks for justifying and full filling your responsibilities for this song bro❤... The only song which moves me without me even knowing our understanding it! 🔥🔥🔥

So true bhai
Even I’m Hindu but whenever I listen to Kun faya Kun my mind always cools down
Mine also bro❤

Same goes for me with NAMO NAMO😅😅
Phase 1-
In 2013, i was all shattered, i destroyed my btech completly... I was in delhi.. Lost, exhausted, full of negative thoughts.. I was about to end all the pain by taking my life
... Was not having a single soul to share my pain and feeling.. My parents comes from bihar.. Mein kaise batata unhe ki mein acha nahi kar paya, scared about the trauma they will face..
Phase 2
I heard this song for the first time, took a bus and went to hazrat nizamuddin dargah..
Phase 3
I become a Quantitative Aptitude Faculty..
We know nothing about this world,
But the "Rangreza" is the real artist.
Hey Almighty Bless Those Who Are Honest Enough With What They Are Doing 😢😢😢❤❤

Come on bro. U felt the creators love and grace. Its time u start worshiping the creator alone. No one else to devote ur prayers to other than our loving creator who revealed his name Allah. Jesus called him Allah in aramaic language. All of the prophets called him Allah. He revealed to us enough to know that he gave us one releigion to live by. Come to that and fulfill ur life

I can totally relate
Same feeling!

"jab kahi pe kuch nahi bhi nahi tha wahi tha wahi tha wahi tha" This line pushes me into a deep thinking face

The way you have explained the meaning of each word and the way his journey started and where he reached was so beautiful,
'Main toh jag ko ka bhaya, tune gale se lagaya Sach tu hi hai khudaya ' this line stays with me and is a reminded call each time I feel low ❤
Why you are do crazy about allah

Doesn't matter which god you praise, you praise him only because Krishna is the only god.

You were able to explain this song in such beautiful manner that I was never able to express myself.
Dude, that was truly amazing! I can't believe how you were able to grasp the spiritual understanding of this! Especially at such a young age! Mashallah! Your explanation of this is inexplicable! Difficult to put into words what you've achieved (the ability to help others see what most cannot see). Keep up the great work! Subbed & loved :)
Truly this video created itself through me, I just went with the flow
