Ok wait quick question! When I went to convergence in Denver and we got of the TRAM the guide said “welcome to c street. You’ve been here before although you don’t remember it.” Can anyone explain the story behind that?

Views are updated slower than likes. Views are monetarily consequential which is why RUclips takes more time to verify them. RUclips has to dole out cash to a channel for every 1000 views each and every one of their videos get. RUclips does not have to pay a channel extra money for getting more likes on their videos. RUclips would go bankrupt if they didn't verify all the views that videos get because people would just view bot their videos for more views. That's the difference. Next time don't assume everything is a conspiracy.
