I have always thought Andrew was her favorite because when she had him, she had more time to be a mother. The older children were very small when she became Queen and her sudden on the job training took all her time and was very stressful as she “learned the ropes”. I think Prince Andrew was Queen Elizabeth’s favorite because he made her laugh. I think Queen Elizabeth needed to laugh and feel her burdens lighten a little.
I have always thought Andrew was her favorite because when she had him, she had more time to be a mother. The older children were very small when she became Queen and her sudden on the job training took all her time and was very stressful as she “learned the ropes”. It also makes sense with the huge age gap between C&A and then A&E.
