- Star Wars Hunters is out, but is the game worth anything? I like MOBAS and battle arenas, so I have some thoughts.

I've been really enjoying playing it. Your criticisms are certainly valid, and i particularly hope they add the option to either pick the map/mode outright or add a vote where you pick from 3, but its definitely been a positive surprise.
It kinda appeals to me more than the rebooted Battlefront games, it seems more mechanically fun. Shame about the ickness with the microtransaction model.
I mean sure there are MTX, but over 90% of the content is freely accessible if you play. And it's not impossible to unlock them either, I admit I played more than might be considered normal, but I've unlocked all the characters bar the locked one this week.
They need to make money somehow, and as exploitative as the screens might look, it's just costumes. And there are plenty good, free costumes available too.
The mando will also become ftp after the season, so in 60 days, and he's not OP or anything.

My only complaint with this game is you can’t edit the hud on mobile for claw play. I know I’m not the only person on mobile who prefers claw on a touch screen over controller. I noticed there are lots of emulator players and I think they’re on the same servers as mobile players, which is kind of cheesy considering you can’t edit your hud on mobile like CODM. Other than those things, I think it’s super fun. I’ve been enjoying it on the phone and being able to play with all of the settings maxed at 60fps on my old phone is cool too.
I’m really having fun (with a controller). However, the meta feels boring (3 tanks 1 hlz and sit on objective). But maybe I should stop solo queuing.
Yeah, not my cup of tea, I really dislike the artstyle they have chosen, but I guess it is understandable considering that it is a pure mobile game.
Sure, you can play it on other devices, but a single look at the HUD shows it is developed and designed as a mobile game and all other devices are simple ports.
It’s fun, but confused why in ranked mode you are so underpowered despite you can’t buy power, also the matches are always blowouts.
This game is mad fun for it to be free
This game WAS WAY BETTER IN THE BETA for a beta player this is disappointing
At first I didn’t really like it because it was baby easy at first. For the first 30 matches or so I died 2 times and won every match. Once you get to ranked it becomes much more competitive and it’s a lot more enjoyable.

@@iheartmoms07 I think I just got out of Bronze. Haven’t played the last 2 days do to previous plans but I’m gonna get back at it. Just entering ranked games itself changed how the game felt for me and made it much more engaging.
Man I’m stuck in beskar 1 rn. It’s really hard if you don’t have a squad since randoms can really mess it up for you.
Probably a good thing overall, so that younger people and inexperienced gamers can get a hold of things.
It does have a level of complexity that I wouldn't expect from a mobile game. So I guess that is praise worthy, even if it's only on par with 6th gen consoles.
Its a crap mobile game. You have no chance against players who use controllers.

Disney star wars is in its death throws..its not the worst game but have you noticed the best star wars is really fan made stuff, that should say alot about where disneys hole filled boat is sitting.
