MFJJ Every video is greatly appreciated by me and a lot of other people. Thank you for putting in the time and effort to set up a camera and edit and give your vast knowledge to the people. James thanks for getting this on video. Love the collaboration videos
The only one? I ordered my dual trac micro adjust from podium archer. Lol. .010 fibers, too. I gotta say I wish the bottom pin was green or yellow, though.
I love the dual trac , one thing I did find with the .010 though is I don’t love the bottom red pin. Going to be sending it off after season to have them swap it to a yellow. That red is just hard to see at low light. Other than that I love my black golds and so far the dual trac is my favorite. Great vids guys, love this collaboration y’all have going
Id love to try blue fibers, everyone says they love them. But most hunting companies dont really offer that option, more of a competition thing but even 3D guys rave about blue pins
@@Orr_s I’ve heard lots of good things about blue but have never tried it personally. But it’s intriguing for sure, be interesting to see how it looks at low light, without using a sight light
@@nicholaswarwick9580 yeah for sure, wish it was more of an option. Low light could be tough but thankfully they haven’t made it illegal for sight light here where im at yet…theyre more worried about getting rid of hunting all together prob😂 sad
@@Orr_s here in Washington state they are trying to do the same haha but they are a little more lenient on some archery tactics. Just no sight lights lol
It's tough to beat Black Gold sights for hunting. The dual indicator needles, first axis adjustment which alot of popular sights don't have and is absolutely critical. Micro adjust on several models and even micro adjust pins on the new pro x frame. I love the landslyde and the metal tapes but the lack of tapes is what does it for me. BG has more tape options than any other sight. You don't have to go online and make one. Only thing BG needs is metal sight tapes and maybe a three pin dual trac. BG is the only sights I use.
Was this the verdict ascent pro? The one that had micro adjust? Need that on my black gold, its outdated now. I wanna try the Trek Pro 3V but idk im not completely sold yett, seems too good to be true for the price
I have the trek pro with 3 horizontal and they're great sights that spoil you with the features(metal sight tape, smart adjustments, lens ready etc) but they have a nasty habit of screws all over the sight backing out. I havent had any issues since I set literally every screw on my sight with blue loctite. Had same issue with my cbe hybrid on another bow. Just happened to my buddies cbe hybrid last night as well and cost him a point when he hit the wood frame outta nowhere lol. Just so you know what you're getting into if you get one just get it set the way you want with blue loctite off the RIP if you go CBE
@@nicetryb0z0 ahh thanks a lot! Ive heard the same also….kind of a major pain in the A to do so when you already need to dial in sight tapes and axis and broadheads but i guess maybe the price difference makes up for it. I think they have a shit ton of screws too lol but the 3V does interest me a bunch. Tim C had said he used his 3V for all last season and no issues…yet.
With the adjustments on the first axis plate he showed for extra windage, i adjusted nearly maxed out to the left so even with micro adjust i can get a full grab on the slider wheel. It definitely helped that same issue.

Agreed
Great video brother! Thanks for building that cherry for me 🫡

THIS, is the best vid to showcase how good the dual trac is, and just adjusted mine also.
Appreciate your time and knowledge

Also couldn’t see the red pin well. I sent my dual trac in and had green put on the bottom. Love it

Josh and Tim podcast is the best!

I have one with .010 pens that are both green = money
Let's go!🏹

Why don't they make a sight that you can adjust when you are at full draw and using your thumb or index finger
I did this about 6 months ago and ended up going back to none micro as the wind age gets in the way of the slider wheel.
With the adjustments on the first axis plate he showed for extra windage, i adjusted nearly maxed out to the left so even with micro adjust i can get a full grab on the slider wheel. It definitely helped that same issue.
So how much for one of those nifty sites there MFJJ ?
What size pins you like james?
.10
@@BowDisciples nice just ordered me a 0.10 dual trac both green!
You simply cannot beat a black gold dual trac
Is it just me or are you describing the hha sight?
Day 73 of asking when the draw board will be released?
THAT is NOT homemade cold brew..
