I saw a beautiful all jet black MC20 weaving it’s way through slow moving traffic with an intimidating grunt in the city centre of Brighton, England. Perhaps the only car I’ve seen in over 25 years that took my breath away. IMO, the MC20 is a design masterpiece, the balance and perspective from every angle have an undefinable beauty. It just looks right, nothing looks off. Maserati deserve huge congrats on this achievement.

Yes this does harken design languages from the past. but it takes the past and modernizes it in a way all its own. The headlights are both simple in form but also a clear statement in authenticity. This vehicle is what the mid engine corvette shouldve been when it went mid engine. But their lead designer was anything but innovative, that vehicle is a class in generic design language.
