Chelsi Smith (Miss Texas) had the absolute best final answer. However, I believe she had the 2nd best final answer in the Miss Universe competition. HANDS DOWN, she is one of my most favorite Miss USA/Miss Universe contestant ever!
Her answer may have been second best in the final, but her overall scores and presence was first place.

I think Chelsi looks pretty much like her idol, Vanessa Williams.

That was a great top 3. I like how Illinois was in last place entering the top 12 but she managed to go all the way to the final 3.
I am in shock about a video of Chelsie's life. What a difficult one. But thanks God she was able to overcome that situation and now she feels much better.
I liked it more when they had a top 3 instead of a top 5 and they would ask the same question to all three of them. That seemed really fair as they would be judged fairly. I also loved their interaction in the soundproof booth.
For me it was clear that miss New York had the best face among those three and her response was absolutely great as well. Miss Texas wasn't facially as pretty as miss New York, but I think that her response was better and so was her overall performance.
R.I.P..but she made the other 2 look stupid, with the way she answered the question
Chelsi Smith must be shining from the sky like a great star of what she was on this planet. It is the only Miss USA that I liked, with good English fluently, good diction. I love, I am in love with the English language, apart from my Spanish as my mother tongue, English represents everything for me, it is the most wonderful along with my Spanish, from the world.😍😉👌🏻💯
I love her but english is her first language, is everyone’s first language when we talk about Americans so obviously they’re all fluent on it

Every time I hear Miss New Yorks's name Shayna Molkler, my mind drifts to the wrestler with a close name.
This is the only time I can ever recall in any Miss USA/Universe/Teen USA pageant that the last delegate gets called out last again. If I were in that last spot and I wasn't chosen 1 or 2, I would have thought for sure that it was over.
Wow, I chose to click on this clip to see what these women had to say not knowing what the question was: Hilary Clinton. People are doubting her, and it has been 13 years since Chelsea Smith answered her question and won Miss USA, I must agree, Hilary Clinton was what was then and even today, true to herself, a fighter, she has my vote, i will never doubt her, i wish every one felt the same

Miss New York looks very matronly what that dress/hair. She looks like someone in the olden days. Early 1900's conservative look.
They are all beautiful, however i honestly think the winner was the least attractive of the three. New York, Illinois, and then TX.
