    Why are beer and wine aloud on the train that's mest up. People will get drunk and you will have to call the police in the middle of the desert.

      It's pretty expensive so the people who can afford it are probably not acholics

      You know...there are bartenders, and it's illegal in the state of Arizona to serve alcohol to someone who is obviously intoxicated. Alcohol management training teaches a server/bartender weight/drink/time ratios so that they don't over-serve someone.
