As a "regular person" that's been a juror a couple of times, whenever an opposing lawyer aggressively tries to prevent a witness from answering a question, like they did with Mr. White, it tells me they're trying to hide something, rather than actually wanting to get at the truth. And it makes me distrust them from that point forward and automatically believe the other side.

Interesting! Thanks for your input. I feel the same but not been a juror. I understand that the defense has a job to prove their case but when you're attacking every witness and snippets of evidence to me you are hiding truths. 🤔

I live in a small town, so fewer people means you get tagged for jury duty a lot more often. What I find with jurors is that they want to take into account things the defendant didn't present in court. As a juror, you can't do that.

What strikes me the most is all of the witnesses that have worked for Johnny for so many years. He doesn’t seem to have turnover in his staff and that speaks volumes to me. The Scottish bodyguard cleared all of the others of my biggest skepticism of none of them seeing Johnny doing drugs. Not seeing him do drugs seemed like bull as they kept hammering how much of an addict he was. It didn’t align. The Scottish bodyguard saying he always suspected, but didn’t see it made all the other testimony ring more true. To my original point, the fact that all of these people stick around and continue to stick around speaks volumes for Johnny. Regardless of the pay you don’t keep an employee for 15 or 20 years if you are a jerk or in any way abusive. I would recommend his lawyers casually note that to the jury.

Actually, their harping on makes me question what they're saying more. Also, what's with AH Munchausing she's plying him with alcahol, demanding he be given extra yum yums. As far as I can see, the only accusations of anything come from AH. Convieniently totally behind closed doors and outside of the hours of secret recording she was doing.

Ambers Behavior does trend to Borderline Personality Disorder. Meaning deep down she does not believe that she was abused, she believes Johnny is as chaotic as her , so she feels justified in her own mind to make allegations that she knows are false. I’ve worked in Mental Health. I have not personally interacted with her but her behavior is clearly appearing as all Borderline to me as it did the Psychologist. When she contacted Johnny after the restraining order she could have set him up in so many ways. If it was narcissistic she would. Instead he was far away and she wanted to pull him close. Really what you and Shelby says lacks common sense if you know what both are. Talking over him? You know the main things about a Borderline are Chaos and control. Talking over him. Control. You speak in generalities as does Shelby I’ve given specific instances. She also made some kind of arrangement with the ACLU with money given by Elon. Pull them in close when they are far away and push them far away when you have them close. That’s a Borderline. Not a Narcissist. She had no actual reason to make any arrangements with the ACLU, yet she did. If it was Narcissistic she would have just said she had financial problems. There’s a reason why the Psychologist sees the same thing I do. Not what you and Shelby say. The yelling and screaming? The Psychologist says Histrionic along with borderline. They go together. Histrionic means essentially being melodramatic like screaming yelling. Again even General behaviors you mention match more with the Psychologist on the stand and me , but not you and Shelby. I was proud of Ed White for standing up for himself and his client especially after he saw how much Johnny had been drug through the mud in the past years.. Rottenboy is a rude ass bully, in my opinion.. Also, Ed White didn't want his words being twisted because of his past and or current witness testimonials

EW was keen to give correct context to the facts i.e. AH blew $13.5 million in 15 months + other things he didn’t manage to slip in. Reading between the lines of his testimony - He walked into a situation where almost everyone around his client was robbing him blind, including members of his own family (the other sister & her husband as well as AH & co + the previous lawyers, managers & agent. If I were him, I’d be fuming on behalf of my client as well!
Also, BC got at least 2 of the 3 prongs out of the ACLU lawyer - def about JD (+ someone on LB said USA Today linked it to him the next day), def conspiracy to avoid NDA breach & proof AH was pushing to keep in the TRO sentence = actual malice. I can’t remember if there’s anyone from the WP on the list to explain the headline, or if there’s written evidence to show AH approved it (vague memory of seeing something along those lines, but Laura B or Andrea B will know).
Thanks for sharing your take on all things JD vs AH. Have been following it since The Scum (UK name for the Sun) article as nothing added up after 30+ years of him being a decent person who occasionally abuses furniture.

I think that the USA connection in this case linking the 2 articles absolutely shows beyond a reasonable doubt that the article is about Johnny. I also believe that the fact with the emails showing AH wanting to keep JD and certain things in the article are also proof beyond a reasonable doubt that she intended malice. I am seriously hoping that the jury sees this as I do. Hope Johnny wins.

I think Ed White, the CPA, was extremely helpful in trying to establish the facts that wouldn't have come out without him trying to push the boundaries. Mr. White was justifiably judgmental of how Johnny's largess was exploited by Amber Heard (and all her hangers-on), and by Johnny's previous business managers (& perhaps others who represented him), and he was trying to protect Johnny going forward. It's called fiduciary responsibility. Good for Mr. White for doing all he could to get extra info into the court record. I think Johnny and his finances are at least, now, in the hands of good and ethical management.

@@LawyerYouKnow Hey David, there's a mock trial from the 80s of Richard III (murder of princes in the Tower) with an actual judge, jury and barristers. It's similar to this, really agressive prosecution, very meek and respectful defence. At one point an expert witness (Dr David Starkey to not name him) becomes so biased and unpleasant and the prosecution so disrespectful that it flips the trial and suddenly you see the patient, logical building of the defence's case. The jury acquits. It's fascinating to watch. you should try and see a copy, lawyering style would suit you immensely.

On one hand you're getting a lot of Superchats which is very nice and supportive, but it can derail your video format flow. Perhaps if you have a Q&A section where you read all the superchats or separate the video into segments where you take a few chats in between segments, but I really wanted more of the recap, and I feel like once you got into the superchats it was too difficult to go back to your planned agenda - which was unfortunate for those viewers who tuned in for the actual recap.
Regardless, I want to reiterate, that I love your channel and your insight into how this trial is going and your interactions with the live viewers. Keep up the good work. Much appreciation.

So when they freak out on the stand; the jury feels badly for YOU (at least that’s the way I always do it; box em; question them politely; trap em; get em to freak on me; have the jury comment to me after the trial “that witness was so rude to you…”) and I laugh all the way to the verdict.
