    when i am 18, could i rent a apartment? i am from London, but what are some nice cheap cities to live or even towns?

    • @ElsieandMarkus
      @ElsieandMarkus  2 года назад

      You should be able to rent if you have proof of income or a guarantor. There are many affordable places to live in the UK, all depending on what your preferences are. Rightmove would be a good place to start looking for properties to rent.

      @@ElsieandMarkus Also, sorry to be a pain, but if you're a first time renter, what references would I need and would having no credit score (as i have never taken out loans, nor do i have a credit card) affect my chances of renting?

    • @ElsieandMarkus
      @ElsieandMarkus  Год назад +4

      @@kikojackson6036 having no credit score shouldn't affect you renting. as long as you can proof you can afford the rent, then that'll be fine. sometimes landlords will ask for guarantors (family member, friend, employer, etc.) if you're renting first time.

      Alright, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself

      Regina Louise Collaro is based in the United States and can work with anybody wherever they stay. If you would like more information on reaching her, you can conduct a search online you know 🤔
