I'm definitely joining! I followed along with the last challenge but wasn't as consistent with the scalp massages/inversion method as I would have liked. I'm not sure why at this chapter in my life, I'm struggling to make habits and follow routines but I feel like these hair growth challenges are a push in the right direction. In these times when I feel like I have no control over most of my life, hair care is one portion where I have full control and I go ham haha. Even with my inconsistency in the last challenge I did get good results so I'm excited to start again!

Feeling super inspired to get back into a healthy hair care routine and what better way to start than with a summer hair growth challenge. I love massaging my scalp before bed and before a wash, I'm getting the hang of wearing french braids, I'm not gonna use any heat because I don't have the money for heat protectant right now lol. I was wondering if it's possible to add a drop or two of lavender essential oil to a hair rinse as I don't have rosemary, mint or lavender plants? Otherwise I'll continue with a gentle lemon juice rinse once every two weeks. My hair goal is literally just to maintain healthy hair, to avoid split ends as much as possible, and keep my scalp healthy. I have an oily scalp but I've developed some dandruff after moving to Norway. I'm hoping to get a humidifier soon. Anywayssss, have fun everyone!!
This sounds great! You can totally use lavender essential oil instead, I sometimes like to use peppermint tea bags as well if I'm in a pinch! I can't wait to hear about your results at the end of the challenge :))
Not necessarily! I don't always wash my hair after every workout but it really depends on how sweaty and oily my hair is already. If I'm nearing my wash day anyways and my hair has already been oily for a few days I'll wash it early
