Only $16.63 US a night? And can stay for consecutive nights? Man. If I ever traveled to Japan and needed a place to stay as a single woman, that seems like such a good choice! And for the room to be so clean also 🙌
@@Gamewatcherr I wouldn't trust people in either the US or the UK (where I'm from) to be respectful of other guests in the capsule room and not be loud. I don't think I've ever had a great stay in a hostel type situation.
Being a bit claustrophobic, I don't know how I'd do in a capsule thing, but I'd be willing to try it out, especially as this is a women's only hotel. I like the idea of a place being just for women to stay, especially if it's in a strange place and if you didn't know anyone, or if a group of women was travelling together. I like that you can also choose English for your sleep analysis. :)
There's one in Tokyo that's called MyCube by MyStays and it feels a little less claustrophobic than the regular capsule hotels if you ever wanna check it out. It's not women only but they're still separated from the men
Of all the capsules I've seen, I don't think I could sleep in this one. It triggered my claustrophobia even through the screen. I think it's just how it's designed. It's super cool how it analyzes you sleep though!
Kind of a neat concept. A lot less creepy then usually sleep analysis test I seen and more comfortable and very cheap. Would be nice to have capsule hotels in the U.S., especially around tourist locations for a cheap price, it works out great if you will be out a lot. And finding food/meals for a cheap price and good quality is a good deal, wish we could have that in the U.S.
Hi! I watched all your capsule hotel videos, I love these! I live in France and we don't have those here, I'm also amazed by how clean the room and facilities are :3 I'm looking forward to new videos haha. Take care
@@its_time_to_travel it's my pleasure :D I hope you'll be able to go, it's different from Japan, people are not so polite haha. But there's is nice things to see and do, and of course a lot of food to eat :D
all these women only capsule hotels are so nice! wished they had those here in Canada :D also, id definitely love to visit for the sleep analysis! I'm interested!
In my part of the US, we do not have many bentos. I have only had "teriyaki" chicken bentos, however, there is a new restaurant that makes some other kinds. Katsu sando is very good. I hope when I go to Japan I can sample all the Lawson goods. Thank you for the video, it was very relaxing and informative. ありがとう ^^
I'm looking at you from Hungary. Because of your videos, I decided I had to get to Japan and sleep in the capsule hotels you showed while watching the country. Hopefully, I'll get a chance at least once!
I wish we have really nice capsule hotels like that in the usa. Our cheap hotels are more expensive and not as nice even with big rooms, they can be dirty and unsafe. I'm loving your videos. They are really fun and nice to learn about Japan. ^_^ I'd love a box with sushi or a type of fish to eat and sakura treats!
Looks like a nice quiet place to stay when feeling stressed. Out of curiosity: I would like a vegetarian or vegan bento box. How easy/difficult is it to buy vegetarian/vegan food in Japan? No fish. I have a Japanese vegetarian cook book but is it easy to order these types of foods in restaurants or when buying from supermarkets? Great video and thank you for the upload.
It's pretty difficult to get vegetarian food in Japan, but that wouldn't stop me going back, most amazing country in the world! A lot of so called vegetarian food is flavoured with fish stock called dashi. I've been 5 times now since I retired, for a month at time. I exist mainly on cheese sarnies at lunchtime and boiled eggs, salad and French fries or wedges from the combinis at night. Most cities have authentic Indian restaurants but in a lot of the "chain" Italian restaurants, the pasta is made with chicken stock. However, I wouldn't let any of this put me off returning to Japan when it becomes possible again!
I'm traveling to japan this summer, and booked this hotel. I didn't know they where going to check my sleeping cycle, but definitely something I'm curios about ☺
If I ever travel to Japan with friends only, I'd probably ask them if they'd like to sleep at capsule hotels. But normal hotels are probably better. I don't think I'd ever travel alone, it's a bit too scary.
I really love your videos🥺💖, I know I keep commenting but I really love them! ❤️ I think the women only capsule hotels are really nice! Do you know if there are regular hotels that are women only?
So for only $20 USD you can get a good night 🌃 sleep? That sounds like a good deal. You can't beat that price in Tokyo where even budget hotels can run $300+ which is TBH insane.
And again an awesome video! Here in The Netherlands we don't have that kind of Hotel. Otherwise i would try it, just for that experience! Thank you for sharing!! And go on!!

I'm curious... what of the amenities can you keep? Obviously not the lounge wear or towels. Most hotels no matter where you go want that stuff back. But i'm curious what they do with the toothbrushes? Do they get recycled or just thrown away or can you keep them? Also, what about the slippers? I assume you give them back and they get cleaned. I don't suppose they'd let you keep them. But there's a silly part of me that thinks it'd be nice if you could. Like a little souvenir you can keep and use at home. But they do probably cost the hotel some money so I guess they probably wouldn't like it if you kept them. EDIT: the video answered my question lmao -_-
Très intéressant si toutefois je me rends au Japon je testerai ce concept d hôtellerie.. (je pense à des projets architecturaux de Rougerie et autres,à des films tels que Blade Runner en 1982..)
Wow, 158 times seems like alot of restless sleep time. maybe int is better for morning that night rest. Lavender might be more settling in the evening.
Why exactly do such women-only hotels exist in Japan? Is it exclusive to capsule hotels due to the openness (i.e. not having a solid, locking door) of them?
Thank you for your comment!☺️ Japan's capsule hotels cannot be locked, so the floors or buildings are separated according to gender. In ordinary hotels, there is rarely any division according to gender. Incidentally, capsule hotels were originally designed for busy businessmen, so there are still more male-only capsules.
I feel that capsule hotels often accept people with tattoos(Depending on the hotel). For example, 9hours in this video can stay even if you have a tattoo. Also, Nadeshiko Hotel I introduced before has a large communal bath, but you can stay even if you have a tattoo. I want more Japanese facilities accepting tattoos... Thank you for your comment☺️
