At 9:45 you look at a box with one guy without a head.. I have a mariachi band and one is missing ahead I put a thimble on his head like a lampshade, crazy guy...lol I love it and it works for me. Just fyi
I was shopping Goodwill on a rare occasion when I had no pockets and I don't carry a purse. I needed a cheap purse to carry my phone, wallet, and keys. The first one I saw was a pink little girl purse with flower appliques for 48 cents. Bingo! Then I got home and gave it to my 3 yr old niece. I call that a win-win.🤩
When I went to high school in Naples, Italy, we received the exact Capodimonte (factory in Naples) flower (that you picked up) for our Prom favors! My mom kept it and I just saw it in her bathroom!
The picture on the music box is obviously a Renoir. (As someone else mentioned.) Had to look up the name of it, though! It's Girls at the Piano by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Painted in 1892. Very lovely box.
Nipper. I watched some guy in a RUclips video walk right past a vintage Nipper figurine. I was yelling at him to pick it up ... lol ... he didn't hear me.
@Nancy Granjo. Yes, CLL and Andrew, along with Ashton and Juliet will be welcoming a new baby girl in June! She announced it on a previous "reveal" video.
I have the crab and bought him 20 years ago from a vendor at a local festival. (I think I paid about $30.00 too!) It looks just as good as the day I bought it and I use it ALL the time. Perfect for shrimp with a couple sauces, cheeses and olives, so many uses for entertaining on my Florida patio!
I recognize the unwind. bottle. It’s a container that’s part of a set of bath products. I got this set as a gift a couple years ago. There are a couple more that go with it. Never thought of using them as bud vases! Great idea.
I love and use restaurant ware! Haha, you never have to worry about the dishwasher, it was made for it. I do have a couple vintage pieces worth hand washing, though!
Hi there! You've helped widen my collection for reselling, rather than sticking to just pottery or baskets. I picked up a few different things today while out and about today! Thanks so much! ☺️ ❤️Maddy
Corelle is all I’ve used for 25 years. Have 3 different patterns. We love it because it’s lightweight yet very durable. I don’t think I could go back to heavy dishes now! But I love the look of restaurantware.
I love the Corelle plates because they are light. I have Fibromyalgia,Arthritis/Spinal issues ,MS, and a multitude of autoimmune. I can't lift heavy plates as my pain is always off the charts. The Corelle is so light plus I drop plates & bowls often, lol. They don't break or chip super easily so they are fantastic for us! My mom always had Corelle when we were kids and swears by it. Her huge ivy set is what our very large family uses for Holidays. You just dress it up with chargers, placemats and/or cups and its so versatile and inexpensive.
Your videos help me unwind after a long day at work. I use to go antiquing with my Mamaw when I was around Julia’s age and thrifting with my mama. I love seeing what you pick up.
@@barbarapettry6817 that was my Mamaw. I take my girls now, 11&12, and they’ve learned a lot from watching some of the CLL videos with me. My mom has a keen eye for things when thrifting, so we’ve learned a lot with her. I think it’s a great way to spend time together and have some fun hunting for treasures!
If the blue and white teacup and saucer was Royal Copenhagen, you're probably thinking of Blue Fluted.....multiple patterns with that name such as 'plain', 'half lace', 'full lace'. Always, always gotta pick up Royal Copenhagen.
Chip does not always come in a set with his mom mrs.potts. Actually that cup im pretty sure is sold buy himself normally. Disney sells him alone a lot. So you know for next time maybe look up if it was suppose to be sold as a set.
That is such a great idea to.change yo ur dinnerware to all restaurant ware! I am looking to change out my set and to something more durable and that may just work for me! Thanks for the idea 😊
That’s such a cute kitty figurine, you picked up..🥰Such a shame that that lamp was so rough, otherwise it would have been beautiful! But the ones you got with the etched ferns, are gorgeous too!The music box is just beautiful..🥰You found Mackenzie child on the shelf!🥳 The crab is so cool!😁I think that the gorgeous yellow teapot is actually a tea kettle… The fake leather jacket for your nephew was adorable!🥰
You might try some lemon oil on the teapot you bought that had spots & was difficult to clean. Just wipe some on, let it sit and using the same rag rub it around on the teapot. It works amazingly on aluminum & stainless steel:)
The yellow " teapot" you bought is termed a teakettle--it is used on the stove. The vessel you brew the tea in is called a teapot. Just say in....l love your videos. Keep up the good work. P.S. Congratulations.
Can you do a Q&A with Andrew. Love to know his baby feelings. I bet Sissy is happy . Tells us how your feeling as time goes along. So exciting. Thx for good content
Oh no I would of bought chip cup. I also love the unique cat. I had a 1959 kissing bunnies planter had crazing on it but amazing then I actually tapped the ear and the tip broke. Upset me
Thank u for sharing your adventures through the store .Lots of nice treasures love the cute tote bag , cute imitation leather jacket your nephew will love it .The kitty cat in the beginning of your vedio is to adorable..
I stepped out of my comfort zone today too. Bought 6 milk crates full of melmac stuff off FBMP. For 40 bucks could not say no. Some Texas ware but all solids.
The poppy chamber pot was so pretty! Weird to say about a chamber pot I know..but..love it. Yes it would be a gorgous planter, I can picture a fern in it. I have one I store my tolit paper in the bathroom.but not as attractive as that one. Go back for it!
TM why not a chamber pot for a fruit bowl? On a washstand @ fr door I have an antique pottery1890 bed pan! Use it for hand sanitizer and wipes and yes , lm a nurse. It has been used for Halloween candy in the past as well.
I was at the Goodwill I used to go to 2-3 times a week about 10 years ago. It no longer looks like Goodwill. More of a retail store environment. I don't think I could resell like I used to from there. Prices were higher and nice things were even higher. I spent $10. I don't think I will be going back.
Jocelyn…try bar keepers friend on metal like that other teapot. It’s awesome. I’m impressed with your steady hands, I was such a clutz when I was preggers.
You should use bar keepers on your metal teapots like the on from yesterday!!! It works well. So does baking soda .... by making a paste makes it a mild abrasive! 😊
Pretty sure the cup and saucer that you couldn't remember the pattern of is blue lace, royal Copenhagen sell this design and certain dishes bring great money 🙂

That's hilarious! 😆
That size is very pricey. It would still sell for good money even with a missing head.
@@Chgdakini I thought so too.

Nice! Not a wasted trip you did pretty darn good!!!
I love that Blenko bubble ashtray!
I gave my boyfriend a lesson on Mackenzie Childs just yesterday. Thanks to you and your knowledge of things I could inform him correctly.
Awe!!! Poor Chip ( the cup)! You put him back!

Always enjoy to see what treasures you can find at the Goodwill. Please Stay Safe, Happy And Healthy. Have A Wonderful Day
The oval mirror would have a center screw post (like many lamps) and could be tightened up so its not wobbly.
Great idea!
Barkeepers friend cleans all the stainless and metal so well without scratching. Love the color teapot. It’s giving me my mom’s 70’s kitchen vibes.
I use old restaurant ware that my mother gave me as my everyday dishes. I’ve used them for years and never even chipped one. I love vintage!
I love mine, too
Yeah! Your picking up lamps again!
I love your superpower!💞 You've got the best artistic eye! Including your eyeliner! I love the way you do yours, how about a cat eye tutorial?🥰
Im in total utter envy id love to thrift all day and get someone to list 🤣🤣🤣 i live thru you 🥰 my addiction lol
People really like this Goodwill. I’ve talked to people there that go in everyday so they don’t miss the nicer things that come into the store.
The Lenox cat salt & pepper shaker was the China pattern I got in 1985 and the pattern is “Poppies on Blue”. I am still using it..lol
The painting on top of your music box looks like a Renoir
A kettle is used to boil water, while a tea pot is used to steep/brew the tea
I love watching your posts. Thanks!
Its not a teapot - its a kettle! It is gorgeous
13:56 that 1930s cottagecore vibe plate would sell lighting fast in my booth. Awesome square shape. Wish we could have gotten a closer look. 😍
Omg those fern lamps!
I had found a set of 3 or 4 of the same Mackenzie childs glasses except mine were small drinking glasses!

Love the music box, crab tray, Japan stoneware, yellow teapot, bubble ashtray😍,and fish cup.
You should use Mr. Clean erasers to clean the teapots! They are magic!!

Those pots from Japan are awesome! The almost look like a Frankoma pattern if it had color added. You look beautiful, btw....glowing!
Maybe the teapot lid and saucer on the Winnie the Pooh ensemble might have been in the box behind them. Might have been worth a peek boo!
I was thinking that very same thing.👍👋🙂
My goodwills have nothing for $1.99 except candy bars!
Pick up a set of Corelle plates (Walmart carries them) they are lightweight, practically unbreakable, do not get hot in the microwave -I LOVE them!
I use the plain/ugly ones for my everyday for just those reasons. For reaale, look for the Shadow Iris pattern; it tends to do well.
