There's too many people at the top making too much money. We've had trouble in Mn with the Goodwill store, CEO wasn't very honest. Not sure what ever happened but the employees are very nasty when you ask any questions.
Those prices are ridiculous. Even the damaged items are priced too high! I just don’t get what GW is thinking. Maybe they’re trying to edge out resellers. If so, they’re doing a great job as far as I’m concerned!
They are not the charitable organization they once were. They take their better (donated) items and auction it off for themselves. The CEO makes north of $700k. I don't shop there nor do I donate to them anymore. I donate my items to a ministry thrift store near me.
I know this may sound crazy, but what if you did a shop the shelves tour on RUclips or What not of your garage shelves? Tell everyone as you walk through the shelves what prices you’d like to get for each item and start bids with what you’d like to get. The worst that can happen is it doesn’t sell and you put it in a packing box. I’m sure there’s a ton of people who would love to shop the Niche Lady’s garage sale!

Danni, just food for thought, I love watching you an your family grow, so my thought was instead for shopping for more items for like one month and spend that time in going home and deciding in your garage what's yard sale, then what's ebay and getting things listed even if it's 5 or 10 items a day. You can get white file boxes at office depot and as you get each item ready for ebay use those boxes and list what's in boxes. You will see just how much can get accomplished quite quickly. It's something I did myself, before my MS got worse and I had to stop. I'm very excited about your new home, and look forward to all your videos.
Danni shop your own shelves get that inventory down. Even if you spend an hour a day. Pull what you want for the new house and then it's easier to let people help and not worry about treasures you want to keep. Remember there's always new treasures to be found. Own your stuff, don't let it own you ❤

Well it looks like you better start packing it up! Are you going to get a POD to store things in for a while ? I've moved 29 times. Believe me I know what a nightmare it is. Luckily my last move was to a retirement community. I do ebay out of one of the bedrooms and have a small space at a store in our downtown area. IDEA- “ shop the shelves” in your own garage for what not. You can literally do what not “ garage sales”!!You said you are going to show the garage process…this could be one way…it would br fun to see you wade through your garage items and then sell on what not -just like you do from store.

You should separate items from home and do sale as like yard sale on what not. Don’t keep if you ‘e not used it. When packing black and yellow tubs maroon paper what’s in them and tape to box as you. Uber for movers, then you can unpack as needed and will have inventory list

(we either place on ebay or take to flea markets depending where something will sale best) I am still really new at this, about 4 months, but I bring items home, write down what I paid and put them on shelves until I list them. Everything that has been listed goes on shelves together and I try to never mix them
Some of those heart shaped pillows are made for heart patients that have had their chest cracked open during surgery. It’s for when you ride in the car and you need that between your body and the seatbelt so that it doesn’t rub on you.

Never thought I'd say this but I miss plastic flowers and picks. I used to take a wicker basket and stick green Styrofoam in it. Stick in the flowers and picks and plastic fruit on popsicle sticks stuck in them. Then, use a wood vanish and slop paint over everything including the basket as if I don't care. I apologize for lack of instructions. But I was able to sell them.
I went to three Goodwill's between yesterday and today and two had really great prices. The third was a boutique store I believe. Really expensive and really pricey brands.
