I was born here. My familily were military. My dad was only supposed to be stationed here for 2 or 3 years , but my parents ended up staying for 10+ years because they loved it so much. I was five when we moved back to the states, but the little memories I do have were magical. I hope to revisit and even live back here one day :)
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed an excursion to Heidelberg while on a Rhine cruise last summer. I'd happily re-visit and spend more time there, perhaps taking a boat trip on the River Neckar.
If you are into history, there is a temple to mercury / old cloister with ruins on the mountain top just across the bridge. As well as Thingstätte, an open air amphitheater built during WW2. Ya know... if you aren't into segways.

It's like literally, the best place evar!
lolz
Would you live there for 4 months?
I lived in Heidelberg for 3 yrs and left my heart there. ❤❤
I was stationed in Heidelberg from 2003-2012. I definitely recommend visiting "Goodfellas".
II went all around Germany but loved Heidleberg and the castle the most.
Heidelberg nice city, I'll always remember you..

Lovely footage Where to next - Europe.
Worst voiceover, something is wrong.
horrible
I agree, not to be mean but it was annoying to listen to..
What is this Valley Accent they used for this video about Heidelberg? OMG Heidelberg it's like, so niceee. Like, amazing.
Yeah, stunning footage. Absolutely brutal voiceover. Female vocal fry at its worst.
That vocal fry made my ears bleed...
Haha the entire voiceover is painful.
I want a bit more heavy urban US accent please. Totallyyyyyyy :)
Some of the footage shown in this video is so random, lol. The segway footage is from Berlin, not even Heidelberg.
annoying voice over!
@@swampfoxIX RUclipsrs cannot be trusted
Other sections are from other RUclipsrs as well. For example a guy that makes videos of foods around the world
Segue not Segway 😂
Jesse we need to go to Germany

The video is ok but your “whateverrr” voice is annoying 😂
Her voice is killing my ear drums
Germaniya unverstitetlari haqida koʻproq mlumot bering😊
Could they not get anyone other than 'Tiffany', to do the narration?
OMG!!! 😉
Terrible.
Names and Numbers would be great!
Please work on your accent it’s incredibly difficult to hear. Makes Heidelberg look less charming
There are several mispronounced words in this video, i.e., Nekar is pronounced "NEK-er," not "NeKAR."
The conversion of Canadian dollars to the Euro is $0.69 hahahaha that's tough although I am quite interested to see this place.
Dhruv Rathi at the end 😅
I saw Dhruv Rathe 😅
Nice Orange County accent
Cj
I love your voice
