Your type depends more on vertical line (how tall you appear), height (check out the height limits, they make up about 1/3 of your type) and things like narrowness, width in the shoulders+ribcage etc. A lot of types can be rectangle, just as all of them can be hourglass. Maybe look into the basics first, r/kibbe has some good resources!

I'm confused...u called jennie inverted triangle, but yet rose an hour glass. Rose and lisa have the same body type as jennie yet jennie gains weight around her hips which do give her an hourglass shape. Rosé has shapely hips but they are still slim and her shoulders are still broader. I'm confused by how u determined the body types between jennie and rosé when for me they both have natural inverted triangle shaped bodies yet jennie gains weight on her legs making her a more balanced hourglass. Agree for Jennie and Lisa but I think you got mistaken at some points : Rosé doesn't have at all a TR body, she's angular, boney and tall, romantic is having flesh and curves very defined. To be tall like her, you need to have a bigger structure so I would put her in DC (top model like) as for Jisoo, she's more of a SN cause her body seems more athletic but w/ curves.

I think jisoo knows how to use the optical effect of clothing very, very well to make it seem like she has more waist and hips, but in reality it is not so much like that, it must also be added that many times she occupies excessively tight things in the waist area , just to make it look more noticeable.

Before I used to disagree with all of them but after more research I can agree with 3/4th of them. Jisoo: SC, I don't think anyone has a doubt about it. Rosé: DC, she's too tall and angular to be a TR, cuz R and TR are never more than 5'4 in height also rosé doesn't have that fleshiness, you may think she might gain weight and become fleshy but the truth is that she's naturally like that, from pre debut upto now she never had any changes and also her face is pretty symmetrical which is a characteristic of the Classic family. Jennie: FG, many of you may disagree, but she seems the closest to FG, she has a pretty angular body especially her shoulders, if you see her pics in the airport without hip pads, you'll notice that her hips are pretty straight. If you talk about her face, then always remember that all Gamines have more yin dominated faces, so having more yin on the face won't make you a softer version unless your body. Lisa: FN, she was the trickiest one to describe, she has a yin dominant face, tiny waist and slightly fleshy arms and legs, which can confuse anyone of her being a FN, but she does has a long vertical line, a lot of muscles, long legs and arms and some angularity with blunt edges. I would disagree coz rose has a slightly short vertical line. She may have long arms and legs but she has small hands and feet. Nah fam. Rosie doesn't have the sharpness in her body to be theatrical romantic. Check out Somin from Kard-- she is a classic example of TR. Very light bone structure with some sharp edges. More narrow and "vampy" kind of look. Lacy stilettos, smoky eyes, and ornate jewelry are looks TR totally ROCK. Now imagine those outfits on Rosie! All of that together would be too much on her. Absolutely agree with Jennie and Lisa. Jennie was pretty obvious. With Lisa at first I was convinced she was a FG as well, but when I compared Jn and L it made no sense. Yes, Jisoo is a SC and Rose is a TR. But I think Jennie is Soft Gamine and Lisa is a Flamboyant Gamine (her body looks like ideal example of FG body, come on).
I thought Lisa was a FG as well, but she has such a long vertical line and she has so much yang in her body that now I believe she actually is a FN (I got to this conclusion before watching the video). I believe the choice of clothing is misleading for her, the high waist is ideal for FG but it's also very trendy especially in kpop. So she might wear somewhat FGish clothes and look good in them while still being a FN. And if you think about it, she's the only member really able to pull off oversize clothes, and this is a clue for FN. For Jennie I don't know what to say, compared to Lisa she really embodies the gamine essence imo, I don't know if gamine or soft, tho. The clothes they wear are really misleading at times. They're so good at dressing them to the point they can have any kind of style and that confuses people

I think her wavy pink hair, although is her marketing signature kind of wears her instead of it being in harmony. Jennie= 100% soft gamine. She can not shake the soft fleshiness in her face. Jisoo doesn't have anything natural in her. SNs are Kayley Cuoco, Scarlett Johanson, Selena Gomez. Jisoo is way too delicate and small when naturals have a lot of visual weight and strenght. Jennie could be a soft or flamboyant G, I don't know. Rose is most definitely on the soft side so I highly doubt she's a FG. There's no way a FG could pull off the clothes she can pull off. I highly doubt Lisa is a classic as well. Her body is way too angular, she's not balanced at all. Long legs, long vertical lines, muscular, strong shoulders. She can handle very unconstructed and asymmetrical clothing. If she were any classic she would drown in them, but she doesn't. Definitely a natural. And a FN imo. @@anaisrabahi7182 I don't think Lisa is a SN. SNs will tend to look big (not fat), as they will have a wide bone structure that may make them look fit and sporty. As well that they'll be more on the fleshy side even when thin. Also, the clothes that Lisa wears (most often baggy and shapeless) a SN would not be able to pull off as a FN or a SD would.
Rosé is not narrow, it's just that she's so skinny that it looks like she's narrow when she's actually not. She's definitely a FN. Jisoo is more like a SN to me, she's slightly muscular and boxy, reminds me of Jennifer Aniston.

I'm confused...u called jennie inverted triangle, but yet rose an hour glass. Rose and lisa have the same body type as jennie yet jennie gains weight around her hips which do give her an hourglass shape. Rosé has shapely hips but they are still slim and her shoulders are still broader. I'm confused by how u determined the body types between jennie and rosé when for me they both have natural inverted triangle shaped bodies yet jennie gains weight on her legs making her a more balanced hourglass. It's not a bad thing, (I'm not trying to be negative if it sounds like I am,many ppl take offense when others say their idols are not an hourglass) I think their body types suit the girls and they are all stunning.

Agree for Jennie and Lisa but I think you got mistaken at some points : Rosé doesn't have at all a TR body, she's angular, boney and tall, romantic is having flesh and curves very defined. To be tall like her, you need to have a bigger structure so I would put her in DC (top model like) as for Jisoo, she's more of a SN cause her body seems more athletic but w/ curves.

Before I used to disagree with all of them but after more research I can agree with 3/4th of them.
Jisoo: SC, I don't think anyone has a doubt about it.
Rosé: DC, she's too tall and angular to be a TR, cuz R and TR are never more than 5'4 in height also rosé doesn't have that fleshiness, you may think she might gain weight and become fleshy but the truth is that she's naturally like that, from pre debut upto now she never had any changes and also her face is pretty symmetrical which is a characteristic of the Classic family.
Jennie: FG, many of you may disagree, but she seems the closest to FG, she has a pretty angular body especially her shoulders, if you see her pics in the airport without hip pads, you'll notice that her hips are pretty straight. If you talk about her face, then always remember that all Gamines have more yin dominated faces, so having more yin on the face won't make you a softer version unless your body.
Lisa: FN, she was the trickiest one to describe, she has a yin dominant face, tiny waist and slightly fleshy arms and legs, which can confuse anyone of her being a FN, but she does has a long vertical line, a lot of muscles, long legs and arms and some angularity with blunt edges. She's a FN but on the feminine side just like Jennifer Lawrence.
Remember the point of the video is that all body types are beautiful so don't take things too seriously.

I would disagree coz rose has a slightly short vertical line. She may have long arms and legs but she has small hands and feet. Her body isn't proportional coz she is an inverted triangle if she gains more weight she can become an hour glass. Her cheekbones are full and round, jawline is kinda ovalish, lips are slightly full and her nose is slightly wide too. You can even notice that she gets the most feminine dresses so yeah. More narrow and "vampy" kind of look. Lacy stilettos, smoky eyes, and ornate jewelry are looks TR totally ROCK. Now imagine those outfits on Rosie! All of that together would be too much on her. Absolutely agree with Jennie and Lisa. Jennie was pretty obvious. With Lisa at first I was convinced she was a FG as well, but when I compared Jn and L it made no sense. Then I had the epiphany of the FN.
I was also convinced that Rosé was a soft classic, but I still didn't know how to explain the amount of details and asymmetries in clothing she can handle, and seeing her in more romantic clothes proves your point for the TR. I'm 90% convinced.

Second of all, you'll only see that really big muscle in SN, in FN and D, since they're super long, the muscle will be lean, never bulky. Her shoulders are the widest part in her body and by a long shot (width in kibbeland only refers to the shoulders). You can also check the narrow hips of the FN bingo. Yes, Jisoo is a SC and Rose is a TR. But I think Jennie is Soft Gamine and Lisa is a Flamboyant Gamine (her body looks like ideal example of FG body, come on).
I thought Lisa was a FG as well, but she has such a long vertical line and she has so much yang in her body that now I believe she actually is a FN (I got to this conclusion before watching the video). I believe the choice of clothing is misleading for her, the high waist is ideal for FG but it's also very trendy especially in kpop. So she might wear somewhat FGish clothes and look good in them while still being a FN. And if you think about it, she's the only member really able to pull off oversize clothes, and this is a clue for FN.
For Jennie I don't know what to say, compared to Lisa she really embodies the gamine essence imo, I don't know if gamine or soft, tho.

That is the drama that she has. However, that is also what makes her proportionate. Her height is average for a female. So average height is 5'4 to 5'7. Her facial features are very balanced. Hence the reason why she is a classic. She has average eyes, average nose, and average everything, lol. So this is why she is a dramatic classic, also she is fit.

Here's my take. It's hard to type these girls bc they are sooo skinny. Jisoo= soft natural. Wide shoulders and larger chest (chest not boobs), longer vertical line. Her bones are just thicker and stronger. She looks the best with unconstructed clothes and unfussy, toussled hair. Rosie=soft classic. Moderate all around. Looks best in neat and simple clothing. I think her wavy pink hair, although is her marketing signature kind of wears her instead of it being in harmony. Jennie= 100% soft gamine. She can not shake the soft fleshiness in her face. As well that they'll be more on the fleshy side even when thin. Also, the clothes that Lisa wears (most often baggy and shapeless) a SN would not be able to pull off as a FN or a SD would.
Rosé is not narrow, it's just that she's so skinny that it looks like she's narrow when she's actually not. She's definitely a FN. Jisoo is more like a SN to me, she's slightly muscular and boxy, reminds me of Jennifer Aniston.

I like Jennie body type. She looks perfect not too skinny. Jisoo looks good too but I prefer Jennie body type. Jennie looks good in anything. Rose n Lisa too thin.
