    sir diet plan bta dijiye dono tym running krte hn to weakness feel ho rhi h 2 din se
    agr subah sahi se running ho gyi to sham ko nhi hoti or sham ko sahi se ho gyi to subah nhi hoti
    1 day rest ke baad time sahi aa rha h lekin daily nhi ho pata
    plz sir diet ke upar video zarur banaiye

      ​@@yuvrajdeshwal8428भाई मेरे भी ऐसे होते थे तब कैल्सियम की टैबलेट खाया और अंडा रोज शाम को खाओ कैल्सियम की टैबलेट खाओ रनिंग करते रहे, पानी खूब पीना ताकि पथरी की न होने पाएं
