First Take is a Japanese RUclips that specializes in one-take performances. They also have a video of LiSA performing "Gurenge". Both are songs from the most successful Japanese anime ever, "Demon Slayer". LiSA is extermely well known in Japan due to her anime soundtrack performances.
Last time I checked there were there were five Lisa performances on 'The First Take'. A particular favorite of mine in the ballad "Unlasting', which is a bit more in the R&B direction.
This song was written for an anime to depict the young protagonist's pain and anger after losing someone close to him. In that scene he was weeping and shouting angrily with tears running down his cheeks. Lisa delivered the emotions perfectly.

She was so upset and felt she should retire anyway. Then we're blessed with her lovely voice for the Demon Slayer series. Lisa is amazing and I'm so glad she kept going!

I think it means a lot more to Lisa than just an anime song she was being catty with her words at the end and something really emotional for her
