It's a killer box, and I had to buy 2 of it. Both the same, colored vinyl. (I don't play records in the dark so don't understand glowing vinyl) I wanted a set in the box for the shelf, and one to fill out the remaining vinyl I needed, which was only two - but bloody worth it regardless! I wouldn't be around if it wasn't for this band.
I had the same thing with the black on the cover dropping out, also. Not a gripe whatsoever though! I may have to include this set in my top releases this year, even if it is historic re-releases combined. It's an amazing release, and I'll let Tom know next time we speak.
Unrelated to the boxset: I'll take "Cold Lake" over "Vanity/Nemesis" any day of the week.
I watched this when you first posted it. I usually don’t pick up box sets. Just because my wife would probably kill me!😄 But, this Christmas, I got plenty of Amazon cards to cover getting this. I remember that you did an unboxing video. So, I returned to it. This definitely helped me in my decision in getting it. Thanks Matt!
Didn't get the box set- still have all the original vinyl releases. Into the Pandemonium is an underrated masterpiece.

Where is Monotheist? I really wish that all of their releases would have been included in this box but it is still a very nice collectors box. Great video, thanks for showing this off!
I love Celtic Frost. Bought all their stuff back in the day. Still have it all on vinyl. I gotta get this boxset!

Was lucky enough to see them in the U.K. with Kreator in the Pandemonium tour.Also saw them on the Monotheist tour again with Kreator.Even got a quick selfie with Tom at the show.
Thanks for such a great video!! I'm really looking forward this one, now even more after watching this unboxing. I ordered mine through a local record store, so, as I'm located in Costa Rica, will take mid-late December to get here, maybe even on the first days of 2023. I own some of those on CD, none on vinyl, so this boxset will really fill that gap in my collection.
What's not in the box is also the "Vanity/Nemesis" album that they released after "Cold Lake" and before their split. very good album, a bit of a return to their old sound.
Vanity/Nemesis was technically a ‘90s album, but it would have been cool to have it in the box as well.

Everyone asking about why not this in the box, why not that in the box. This box set is recordings only from 1984-1987.
Preordered but didn’t receive yet. Can’t wait!! I like what they did include and the quality seems top notch! The one side of that poster looks familiar and while my old ass can’t remember exactly; I wonder if that was the poster you hoped was included, but wasn’t. Great video as usual. Thanks Matt! I have the box and very happy about it. Would of course have it with only black vinyl, but pretty good choices for the variants. Most happy with the Emperor's Return, cause I did not have it on any format. But nice to have the albums on vinyl, just had cd versions of them. Cheers.
In 88 I picked up a copy of Cold Lake then promptly put it down. Glam metal image put me off! I’ve since become a fan of Celtic Frost after your Hellhammer review (which I brought) and now the proud owner of Celtic Frost box set. Not sure what I’m gonna do with a cassette though. Thanks Matt love the show
Glow in the dark vinyl always have surface noise so the color edition is the ultimate in this case

Wildly impressive box and a great video. I got some few of em in OP, but I like to buy this also.
When I look at the album covers they look a bit more blurry and orange in color compared to the originals! but maybe it's just my screen! What do you say ?

How do the records sound? That's what I want to know. Quiet pressings, noisy tick pops. Need to know how dynamic,thanks.
Was thinking about getting this, but after seeing what’s inside i think i’ll pass. Kinda like the Deicide box, i only really want 2 or 3 of the records.
Bless your non precious handling of YOUR new boxset. I especially appreciated dropping the poster on the floor without folding it back up. That made someone crazy! If you haven't read ONLY DEATH IS REAL you must, its the whole Hellhammer story with a million photos.
