Melodie, you are a wonderful teacher. You are so calm and clear. I just totally hand myself over to you during your classes. I'm only six months into my practice and I am a LOT older than you 😁 so of course I can't do everything! But Im surprised at how much I do manage and I feel great afterwards! Please keep them coming.
