Thanks so much, Laura, for all your research into all of the pollinators that we're stitching. It definitely makes it more fun to know about them! Have a great vacation!
Just loving this SAL. All of your research is so interesting! Thank you for your extra work putting this together.
Thank you for sharing an interesting flosstube. It’s great to know about pollinators. Especially if you’re a gardener.
Oh, thank you Laura!!! It feels so good that this time I can stitch along with you all and not running to catch up with you 😛 Thanks again for all the pollinator's info, I am a National Geographic type myself too! I mean I love documentaries, not sure if I'd enjoy doing the research myself, so listening to all the information you are sharing with us is a big bonus to our SAL 😃 Thanks for all the effort and looking forward to seeing you again 😍🐦🦎🐞🧵🪡
What an awesome series. Thanks so much for taking the time to research the critters and share them with us! I started upper left and just found you, so I’ll be a bit behind, but this is a great motivator. And I felt like I was listening to Jeannine as you explained each pollinator. Thanks for sharing your stitching and be well!
Hi Laura…love your videos. The flicker in the cactus is the element that people using only DMC will discover that two symbols are 841 and Jeannine suggested one of the colours would likely want to be altered by the stitcher. Happy stitching!🧵🦉
Really interesting about the doves and the cactus! Great video, thank you for all the info!
Attaching meaning to what we create adds another dimension to our crafting adventures! Following the Pollinator SAL has been super-interesting, even just for the sake of learning. Your extra effort is much appreciated Laura. Hope your knee continues to improve. Take care~~ from the Midwest, US.
Great video. Have fun on your trip
What a great video, I like knowing more about each of the different species we are stitching. Thanks for making the learning easy :) I also did the same with the green border, one stitch to the left, and wondered if it would be good enough. But nope everything else would be too close then, so frogging was needed.
Loving this !! Thank you !!!!! I just started my chart
I have been hanging out for this video I was excited to see where we would go next. So loving doing this stitch along with all you and everyone following this channel. Your stitch is looking beautiful, and you are absolutely right about the bottlebrush. Thank you so much for the incredible research.
Thank you for the research you do. Definitely did not see that section coming. Lol
Beautiful dyeing results!
Thank you! 😊
Excited to dive back into pollinator stitching! You're doing an amazing job explaining all of the motifs. So fun💖
Thanks for all the research on these pollinators! I live in the Sonoran desert and didn’t realize that our doves were so integral to the ecosystem. Good stuff to know😊
When you refer to the saguaro cactus, it’s a deceptive word since the “G” is silent - just say: suh-whar-oh. I love their giant majesty and have seen many white-winged doves and flickers on the top when in bloom. The Native Americans harvest the ripened fruit of this cactus, clean the pieces, then boil and reduce it to a syrup. 😋. Their weight and size is so enormous that should one fall on a car, will completely crush the auto! Thoroughly enjoyed your information on the pollinators today😊 - happy stitching - Barb in Tucson
Oh WOW! Huge! That is so interesting! Thank you for the correction, I will pronounce it correctly from now on. :)
In Texas we also have a Hummingbird Moth and it is a pollinator also.
Ooo, yes! That one is coming up soon. ;)
❤❤❤
I’m loving these info sessions! BUT…I am incredibly behind on this! I started in the center, but kept miscounting because it’s at the “join” of the four pages, plus I don’t like my fabric I picked, so I kind of threw it aside! SO… I am going to order the called for fabric and start over! ..oh well… 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
That's okay! I nearly didn't make the deadline last month, and I am hosting! Just enjoy and take it as it comes. No race, just happy stitches. (In between the grumbly frogged ones, lol)
Okay, I Have to stitch this!!! Is it too late to join with the rest of you???
It’s NEVER too late!! ❤❤❤
