    Any recommendations for good quality wheat flour in the United States as it’s difficult to find local mills here

    we use our local chakki flour and mix as per our specifications like Jau chana atta with wheat. Do we need to go to any brand option

      You are doing best… if you get sourcing from your trusted farm.. nothing beats it.. the brands are mostly for the ppl who live in big cities and cannot source the atta as there are no trusted farms they know

    Sorry to say but i think it's a promotional video....agr atta acha hota h toh paratha banne ke baad woh paratha kabhi kada nhi hoga lekin ashirvad/fortune atta is not up to the mark .
