That peice is called a yoke. It has a universal joint in it to let it pivot. Remove the u joint and then remove the one from you driveshaft. Now you can swap the evo4 yoke onto the 2g driveshaft.

Miguel I bet driveshaft shop can make you a custom drive shaft based off measurements! Also check out speed academy, they recently got a evo 6 for their channel and being in canada they might be able to help you find parts! They are super cool guys!

Hey man the u joint has snap ring clips just change the end of the GSX drive shaft.
Drive shaft is too long anyways. Still need to cut it
