I mean the dune buggy is hella cool. But he's an asshole
He made more dust than them in his 1 minute 🤣 and he thinks he has a right to tell them to chill out 🤣
getting out of the buggy after harassing 2 dudes on bikes (with helmets and gear) is asking for a beat down. Buggy boy was lucky that the two dirt bikers were reasonably cool about it.

@@MrStrizverWTF? Most people who ride bikes also have cars. Guys like him are riding for hobby not because they don't have a car. If whatever you're riding can't go the speed limit then it should be illegal for it to be on the road like that in the middle of the lane. And no we don't have to pay for shit. That's their problem to figure out not mine. People who actually need a bike for transportation get the fuck out of the way and don't want to be a pain for anyone. This fuck obviously has a massive sense of entitlement that needs to be checked.

That last video the rider is totally right.... If you don't want dust don't move to the desert. And the other guys actions were not only completely ludicrous but he's a massive hypocrite. He stirred up more dust than they did. And acts like he owns the place. What he should've said was, "I don't want anyone else riding here, I want the place all to myself". He still would've been wrong, but at least admit your hypocrisy..... They should also report him to the police. For him trying to intimidate them and then threatening them. Wonder if he and others are cooking up something illegal, using it too, but selling the majority of it. Cause he sure acts like someone with something to hide....

The cyclist should've used the bike lane until the right turn lane appeared. He's justified to move into the left lane at that point. If the bike lane was filled with snow, perhaps the answer would be different, but I cycled 3 miles each way to work and back for 3 years, and I always used the bike lane when it was available. The bad part is when there's no bike lane and people start honking at you and there's nowhere you can go.
My opinion, the cyclist wanted to make a video and no one wants to watch a boring video. LOL.
Bicyclists have the same responsibilities but not the same rights of drivers do. For instance, it's perfectly legal and acceptable for drivers to park in a bicycle lane, run red lights (right turn on red), exclude bicyclists from using traffic lanes, and hit them with very little legal or financial repercussions. In places like Alabama, for instance, if you hit a bicyclists you need only to prove he's 1% at fault in order to have no payouts whatsoever.

@@MrStrizver The dude was in the middle of the road when he could have been to the side. His reasoning for being in the road was invalid. He then tells the driver to get back into his car because he's blocking traffic and that is a loaded Statement that makes it clear he's knowingly annoying everyone around him because he's miserable
Agreed. Plenty of room to move over and allow a safe pass for any cars. Especially knowing your going slow as hell.

It's hard to find another car in a cars blindspot. It's considerably harder to find a motorcycle. You have to be a special kind of stupid to ride in a cars blindspot, then get mad when they merge into you. Pass the car or follow at a safe distance. It's not rocket surgery

0:51 - This is a pretty old clip. Cyclist might be allowed to use the traffic lane, but he's not allowed to block faster traffic. He has plenty of space to ride on the right or in a bike lane but chooses not to and thinks the law is on his side because he agrees with half of it.
4:55 - "Shouldn't have moved to the desert?" That's a smart-ass remark to someone telling you he doesn't appreciate you riding across from his house. How about not riding in a field right across from houses? That obviously isn't an actual designated MX area. It's just an undeveloped field where some people have ridden. The people who live there probably don't like it if people are constantly riding in it. Maybe move further out into the field, the area is huge. Or go out away from town to actual riding areas. Or ride in a field across from your own house.

Spacebike may have the law that judges enforce on his side, but certainly not the laws of physics. Homeslice is going to be a greasy spot soon riding his bicycle like that...and I have done a fair bit of commuting on a bicycle.

Yes, and tiny piper cubs are able to use the same runways as 747s, doesn't mean it is a smart thing to do. Imagine how these cyclists would piss and moan if they got stuck behind pedestrians. Oh, that's right, I don't have to imagine it because have seen cyclists piss and moan about pedestrians in their way. A cyclist might be legally able, but is it smart to tangle with 2 ton vehicles when you are on something that offers zero protection?

I don't think it was trespassing, probably BLM or developer owned land. I used to run into these types of people all the time dirt biking.
They'd live/camp next to BLM land, get upset when we'd tear through Sunday morning and disturb their drunken slumber. Honestly the tweaker was more annoying than the dirt bikers. Sand rail was loud as fuck.
@@DaydreamingLog i think the man in the sand rail is the same man from the yard, who was telling them to leave. trespassing is going onto someone elses land without permission. around here, we mark our land with light purple paint on trees, fence post, and signs. trespass here and you might get shot.

He didn't own the land and he probably doesn't own the land his mobile home sits on.
@@DaydreamingLog if he is renting the land his mobile home is on, he can be seen as the rightful guardian of that lot or plot. giving him the same rights as the owner. he may not own where those boys were, but he may be the guardian. but the boys on dirt bikes were trespassing. all that matters. they dont own the land they were riding on.
they weren't trespassing it seems because the land the guy was on was gated in while that sand they were in were was either public or at least owned by someone else. seeing as there is a lil track this is public land and some kids or something built it. or again someone else owned is. we did something like this when I was a kid. they have a point though if you don't like things like sand or dust, you probably shouldn't live in a dessert where there is lots of sand and dust. Then if you are gonna complain about sand, going and making whole clouds with the buggy is counter intuitive. Last a hard time and almost hitting someone with your vehicle are two different things.
Cyclists was in the right, in the eyes of the law he's a road user like any other vehicle. And if a cyclist judges it to be safer for them to be in the lane, than the roadside, then they're well within their rights to do so, and it's the drivers problem to figure out how to safely overtake them.
Same as me purposefully taking up my lane on a motorcycle and not letting cars treat me like a bicycle dangerously overtaking me inches away, at the speed limit. The lane belongs to the road user in front of you and it's your problem to figure out how to safely overtake.
