He's spinning the tires and heating them up, removing a small amount of tread trying to smooth out the flat spot. Doesn't always work but your at the point of replacing so its worth a shot.
@@jordanleveque619 put on the e-brake and do some burnouts. Only gonna fix small flat spots. Make sure to inflate the tires to the max recommendation on the tire sidewall. Will help breaking the tires loose and be easier on the drivetrain.
Depends on what caused the flat spots. The method you mentioned is 100% correct for tires that have been on a car that has been parked for a prolonged period of time. "Shaving" the tires is a last resort for flat spots resulting from skidding. Some shops have machines that shave tread, likely more effective than driving like a loon!

In my case, it's front wheel drive so the flat patch is in the rear from sitting still while drifting with e brake. As logical as rotating the tires sounds it's gonna take awhile of fucking around to actually surface everything since front wheel drive cars hardly ever damage the rear wheels

I was told to Service Tires to Max.Air Pressure and Drive for 150 miles of Hard Driving and it may get the flat spots out. If not, Buy 4@new tires!
