LEGO Star Wars 7133 BOUNTY HUNTER PURSUIT Review! (2002)

- Perhaps the most vibrant LEGO Star Wars set ever was the 2002 Bounty Hunter Pursuit! Set 7133 had two fun speedeers alongside Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, & Zam Wessel Minifigures! Too bad we didn't get a lot from LEGO Star Wars for the Attack of the Clones anniversary, a remake of this would be spectacular.

#LEGOStarWars #LEGO #StarWars
I legitimately can't fathom why Lego wouldn't remake the set in over 20 years. Like I literally can't think of a good reason, the scene is too iconic and awesome to ignore for more than 20 years.
exactly, really mind boggling. Zam Wessels speeder is just so cool looking, I really want an updated more on-model version of it.
I can
It’s a prequel set
Why would Lego remake this unique and fun colored set when they haven't re-released Luke's Speeder in 4 and a half days?
@@thegreatpiginthesky3904 agreed, even Tusken Raider for 2023 is with OT box, despite being fetured heavy in other media. They still always go back to OT, we will even get RotJ plaque on sets and prequel anniversary is ignored.
Wasn't the Zam speeder chase like. The worst level in Lego TCS? I don't think lego cares a lot for this scene.
Such a nostalgic and classic set, still holds up to this day. Would love a remake
They’d probably botch it with a remake
@a decent personr u in the past there barley used
@@aidanedge there in quite a few sets
This set paired with Jango’s slave 1 is just 😍
Such an awesome set! It’s a real shame LEGO didn’t use the 20th Anniversary of AOTC this year to remake it.
Hi Lego Brit I watched your home alone stream
Lego hates attack of the clones apparently. We get a new mustafar duel every damn year but we haven’t gotten a new Dooku minifig in nearly 10 years!
@@Luke101 the last Mustafar duel was 2019 and the previous one was 2005….
They don’t hate episode 2 just because they didn’t do anything for the anniversary. They didn’t do anything for the 10th anniversary
@@trentoninnewjersey that's cause they don't like it. It's a shit movie but you have to take advantage of the brand. It's always a new hope and empire for them.
@@jamiekelly6851 also, people started praising the prequels after the sequels came out, which was probably unexpected by the designers. Not saying it’s a valid excuse, but I think that caught them by surprise
One of my favorite sets I ever bought as a kid!
Bit disappointing we didn't get an updated version for the Attack of the Clones anniversary.
3:00 Rock Raiders and LEGO Star Wars actually have quite the shared lineage in terms of parts, which R.R. Slugger has covered quite extensively. It's really fascinating. The sand purple is so sick as well, I almost mistook it for the modern-day lavender color. Love my Life on Mars sets with all the sand red and sand purple.
5:30 Those curved pieces were so defining of that era of LEGO lol.
Always cool to see you take a deep look at these sets that I'd use to see in my catalogs. Definitely one of the sets that aged incredibly well.
I was mad when I got this for Christmas as a child, because I wanted something with clones. I now appreciate this set so much more. It has amazing colors and it is such a cool set
All these years of having this set in my collection and I didn't realize I was supposed to have silver cups (headlights) on Anakin's speeder even with looking at the box art.
Also, this is such a nostalgic set for me as it was my first Star Wars set.
The box art and instructions just brings those childhood feels back
I just got this set after wanting it for years. One of my all time favs for sure and NEEDS a remake
This set deserves a remake
Man us prequel fans ESPECIALLY us attack of the clones fans really don’t get the sets we want anymore🤦
Just got mine for $185. So happy to finally have it. Amazing display piece
That is one of my favorite original trilogy sets
You mean prequels?
You must work for LEGO with that logic lol
Sometimes I feel like the only other reason besides "onscreen murder scene" that Zam Wessel hasn't been remade is because they know they can't pretend that the quality is better on their new one if they don't do the leg or double sided head printing
In my top 5 of favourite LEGO Star Wars sets. Wild colours, printed pieces and a very cool, unusual, play feature make it one of the best!!
One of many sets that deserve a remake
This one needs another remake for sure. Palatine's Arrest & getting say Queen Amidala's Naboo Royal Starship with her minifig would be amazing. Just do grey pieces for it LEGO idc.. 😅
What’s crazy to me is that the actors for these characters were young when this set came out and now they are nearing middle age. Seems like it was only a few years ago but 20 years is a long time.
I’m so happy that I managed to find this set complete with the box for $30 at a comic shop a few years ago. Definitely my favorite set in the collection.
It's a shame that Lego barely uses prints anymore, especially since we all know it's purely out of greed to save a few cents in production 😭
Profits are up but product quality is down
Actually liked having the inner box - made for easier storage of parts. Numbered bags depended on the set - the OG Republic Gunship and Technic Destroyer droid were examples.
SO much nostalgia for this set. I still have some of the pieces (my younger self lost lego pieces at an impressive rate) and whenever I see them I'm instantly taken back to this awesome set.
got a sealed one of these last year, fulfilling a wish i had for many years, it didn't disappoint! opening a near two decade old set for the first time was an amazing experience
The trans-yellow pieces on Zam's speeder are the headlights actually. Also, Zam's weapon can nicely fit in her lap in the cockpit if you align it between the studs and fold her hands on top of it to secure it.
I remember getting this set as a belated birthday gift. I was attending a childhood friend's birthday party and was upset that the kid's parent had "forgotten" about my birthday which must've been shortly before. Needless to say, my mom presented me with a bag containing this very set from the kid's mom! I spent the night building it with my brother and it was awesome - hopefully it'll re-release at some point for me to pick up (again!)
the double sided face for zam wesssel is probably my favourite use of that feature i cant lie
It's such a shame Lego rarely does AOTC sets, would love a remake of this set, and they seriously need to do a geonosis arena set with Anakin, obi, padme and the creatures they have to fight against
I love this set! One of my all time favorites for the unique colors, printed pieces, and the figs. I have a built set and a sealed one.
got this set brand new for 90$ in April 2020. The highlight of my covid lockdown was unboxing and building this set. Don't regret it one bit
Omg I love this
It needs a remake so badddd
Such a great classic and an ultimate Fav in my collcection . fingers crossed one day for a redo.
I like the old school yellow heads and hands with the named chars… awesome!
2:41 "They went balls to the wall with her." That don't sound right😂
Don’t worry it’ll be remade for the 30th anniversary of AOTC…. Hopefully
Hopefully
Love this set! So wish we would have gotten a remake of it.
One of my fave sets I own. Truly unique in Lego Star Wars
Anakin's speeder uses some pretty cool build techniques for 2002. The Chromed mug pieces being headlights are cool and look great, and I love the Astromech Droid chassis being used for the engines.
Still got this set from way back when, love it
I recently bought the first ever Slave 1 to get the first ever LEGO Boba Fett figure. Although it’s classic I LOVE the set.
What a great nostalgic set
With modern building techniques and new figures this may be a perfect set
I bought this set about a year ago. Love it, especially the Zam figure
Lego should make a remake of this set in 2023
Such a classic set! Wish it got remade.
I ALWAYS wanted this set as a kid..
Honestly , THIS is what lego stood for . This alongside the 2006 jabbas sail barge are pinnacles of Lego and their old fashioned age . 10/10 sets.
I just played the song over itself by opening the tab twice and starting the song a little later on one tab! It sounds so cool!
Still such a dope set!
I always loved this scene and always wanted this set
Interesting, zam is done in sand purple which was eventually discontinued not long after the release of this set.
Holy Crap, I'm legit having one of those acid moments of I can't remember if I owned this one or not and yet it looks so familiar.
Had this set as a kid! Crazy how much it's worth nowadays, I need to find my Zam and Jedi Bob figures.
Man this is nostalgic. This is the first star wars set I remember my brother ever getting. I was like 4. Few years ago I was able to rebuild it from all the loose pieces i had.
Man, this set brings me back. My dad got this set for me as a kid. Still have it to!
Another amazing classic set. Also another classic set that LEGO will probably never remake
I had gotten this for Christmas that year. Awesome set. Wish I still had it.
Its cool that the breaking wings are a common feature on zam wessels speeder. the action figure version had rubber sections near tips that would crush and lock back to keep them in the damaged position
Would love to see Edoras with Gandalf and Aragorn on horses. As well as WormTongue, Eowin, A Rohan soldier or guard and King Theoden that could have a Double sided face print. One poisoned by Saruman and a 2 in 1 crown hairpiece like Thorin's in the battle of five armies set.
Zam is a super special fig. The only sand purple figure Lego ever made!
mand rproductions always wanted a set like this one
Attack of The Clones is my favorite Star Wars movie!
One of my first Lego sets and still have it
It’s so sad Lego doesn’t do such Lego with all the special cool things today. We barely get room for a saber holders.
Do you have the tie bomber? Looked like you did on your twitter, if so when do you expect to release the video? (I’m very, very excited for it)
Ohhh man it looks like he does.
I remember when this came out I was building this on the floor(lost one of the lightsaber blades in carpet). Seeing the plastic bags again is so crazy to me. Funny enough when I got older I used Zam's ship to make a Pave Low Heli
Either this one or Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter from 2002 was my first Lego Star Wars set ever 😄
They gotta remake this! I thought the Attack of the Clones 20th anniversary was our best bet too.
When it comes to Zam's speeder (Koro-2 airspeeder) these aren't blasters, those are headlights. I think we saw them light up in the movie as well.
Great set, it was often on sale around here and I wish I grabbed one when I was a kid.
I was able to find Zam Wessel for 8 bucks the other week. That was a good day.
Hindsight is a great thing lol. Wish I’d bought a load of smaller Star Wars sets like this back in the day from the early 2000s. A couple of cloud city sets would do me nicely 😂
ahh i love this set, i bought this as a kid when it came out, had to earn the 30 bucks by doing chores and cutting grass for my parents. unfortunately its long gone but just waiting on the right deal to come around this one got pricey!
I can't believe this is selling used for over $300. You can part it out on Brinklink, including figures, for around $100. I did this a couple months ago for about $75.
Loved this set as a kid. Colorful beautiful little builds
I had this in pieces laying around I recently rebuilt it an something is just so funny about it knowing it’s a set from 2002 and it looks better than most sets nowadays also swooshability is 7/10
Still have mine, got it when I was 11-12 back in 2002
A great set glad I kept mine all these years. Loving these recent reviews of the older sets.
This was one of my first Lego sets
Was just searching for this set cause I want it in my collection
I hope one day we get a remake of this set. For no reason at all as a kid this set was always one I always wanted
Hey Mandrproductions, if you have connections with Lego, I and I think many other people would love a minifigure set where it’s all the characters from the skywalker saga video game. It could be a way to pick up printed arms boba fett. All characters would be game accurate, dlcs included. So many new figures could be re-done.
I hope that it needs a new version treatment like the other classic Lego Star Wars Sets. This deserves an update after I played the new Lego Star Wars Videogame. They should base it from that Videogame.
I genuinely think that Zam Wessel minifigure could be sold today in a set. It holds up very well minus the yellow head.
20 years later and we'd still be lucky to get that quality printing on a Zam figure
One of my fav sets. I think I'm gonna build it next for my channel. Thanks for the vid
We need a remake of this
One of the first sets I had as a kid pretty much this entire wave before I ever got another set 20 years later
Double sided faces in that time were extremely rare. I can’t believe Lego hasn’t made a newer version of this set
Man this thing is so cool.
I will be piecing this set together I have all those printed pieces in my personal collection.
this is my dream set rn
WE NEED A REMAKE!!!!
Would love to buy this set! Saw one in second hand on Vinted or Wallapop but no box or manual or even the minifigs! Oh well! Oportunities pass by and a bit out of my league. I mainly collect minifigs and try to buy a set every 2 weeks! Need to assemble Palpatine's shuttle now! Thank's for sharing. The box is just amazing and keep those bags please. Thanks Ryan.
"A fine addition to my collection."
For me personally, this is the #1 set that needs a remake.
Remake is a must, just like Jango Fett Slave 1. The one of the very few sets I had shipped from Netherlands, because it was unavailable locally. BTW if anyone is looking for classic sets in Europe, then either Netherlands or Germany are your best bets, amazing markets for used and old sealed sets. Besides that if the say used its like new condition, whereas often different sellers will send you sth meh.
Personally, I like the simplicity of the old LEGO SW figures.
Wow. Thank You so much for doing this vid! One of the best sets ever! Like some of the Rebel's sets, Lego should bring back some colour to vehicles!
Those printed engines are so awsome!
5*. Thanks Ryan.
One of my favorite ones of all time!
I still think it's cool that they used the same yellow speeder in The Skywalker Saga
