Just 7k subscribers? You deserve more. Keep it up! Just a question, did you get food poisoning after eating all the food? I'm indian, but i always get sick. Haha!
Nobody drinks lassi after chai. Similarly nobody eats a full meal after masala dosa. Each thing is eaten at a different time and serves a different purpose. Let me give you some tips, hope you won't mind. Early morning breakfast (7 am) either idli/masala dosa, not both since it will be too much food and drink hot tea. Lunch (12-12:30 noon) you eat thali. Evening meal you take a very light meal and drink lassi after that. Avoid drinking lassi after eating sweets of any kind since lassi is already sweet. If you eat the way you did in this video, you will have long term health issues mainly due to excess consumption. I am personally into intermittent fasting and only one meal a day for my fitness. So even I won't eat the way I've recommended above in my comment. But most Indians eat like this.

Indian food is insanely good but it’s not properly regulated. The government authorities don’t give attention towards hygiene management. And it’s not even got the advertisement like Japanese or italian food got.
People in India don’t seem to care about their health or hygiene. So the vendors are getting away with carelessness and making good profits. In other western countries, people are very particular with quality and will be looking for opportunities to sue. Hope Indians gain some consciousness about their own health.

Hope Indians gain some consciousness about their own health.
nice video, but be careful with street food sometime it might affect your digestion system because food might not hygienic every time
Don't drink chai and lassi together...

Thanks for watching!
Just a suggestion.. try not to overlap milk products with each other.. it'll end up upseting your stomach and not good for health in long run.
