It is really interesting to hear your perspective on products from our country. Thanks for making a great video and let me help you with some knowledge just in case: 1. The clay items opposite the cooking section are lamp holders for diya's that we light during prayers or even certain festivals like diwali, etc.. 2. Makhana is actually called foxnut, that is consumed during winter and is a highly nutritious snack. It is recommended to heat it up in an oven as it becomes crispier. 3. For the brittania good-day biscuits, the cashew, pistachio and butter flavours go well with a masala chai. The chai which you spoke about is poured in a clay cup called kulhad. It is found in the western parts of the country. 4. When you are in the southern part of our country trying the local cuisines is always recommended - For Kochi the banana leaf meal and pothichoru (rice pack with meat/veggies and pickles). In Bengaluru we have dosas, rava idly, coffees and an abundance of cafes. In Chennai you have idly's, dosa's, fish cuisines and the temple food. 5. The public transport in major cities may be the best way to beat the traffic and reach your destinations. So I would recommend to get the transport card ideally. 6. The cycle you mentioned is actually on the more affordable end for us as it costs 40$ - 60$ here. It is used in villages as it can carry a ton of weight and is built to withstand our conditions. 7. Okay two things Jess, the chips have nitrogen gas in the packet not air in order to keep the chips crispy. Secondly the fox nuts are roasted lotus flower seeds and known as makhana in Hindi
I have seen a viral video of a food truck in US where customers bring their own chips and the food truck mixes it up with veggies, spices and sauces. In India ppl are doing the same with Kurkure and makhana balls. Kind of pico de gallo.

7. What may be surprising is that some of the products there are not sold here in India like wagh bakri, as we prefer the red label tea. Plus there is a significant taste and quality difference when in India and outside countries in terms of products.

Hey Jesica I always stayed at Ramada Palm Groove Juhu Beach at Mumbai…… very nice hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
