Im a little confused bc while making the patern you put a 3 cm allowance on the bottom piece of the bra cup, but here its only 1cm, is this video what we should go by?
People need to understand and appreciate the mastery of sewing to be able to sew to opposing curves, let alone a bra foam cup. Magnificent job on this project. You made it look so easy but we all know the hard work and incredible technique is necessary to take on a bustier.
My mama was a seamstress all her life and she could sew us clothes when we were little, they look just like they came out of Walmart or Kmart or somewhere you wouldn't be able to tell the difference not one second
You really transported me to a different place. Everything about this video was great. Your skill, the artistry, the music. I didn`t think about playing at a faster speed not once. Thank you for this wonderful video.
Me to it's hard I watch before bed to relax and shut down my brain but then I want to go tear apart the craft room to find enough material to start a new project or the agony of waiting til the fabric store opens to be Able to try what u have done the next day so hard to decide if it's a relaxing or giving me goals to accomplish this one alone I want to find matching fabric to urs so pretty I absolutely love it so much would be just perfect.
Thank you. This video is so informative for me. I am just starting my sewing pass and now I am so inspirated by such a delicate piece of clothes art. Of course, I will nor sew this one, it is too hard for me, but now I am working by nightie. It was my grandmother's clothes, it is made by 100% purest cotton I've ever touched and embroidered beautifully (whitework). Now I am cutting it for pieces for re-sew, because my size is much smaller. I will try to make it more shape-fitted and will add puffyness to sleeves. Also I will crochet some lace and will embroidery some roses in places that need it. I think I will look all your videos in process because it is so relaxing and positive. I literally can feel warmness by my screen... Oh, how beautiful picture and music is! You are the real creator of different art Oh, just now I saw that your channel is absolutely new! How does it possible? I thought you are making it by years...
A very detailed corset sewing tutorial. Thank you for all you have done. I already have an offline copy of this video for reference. I am humbled by your expertise. I love everything about your work.
I'm so so so pleased and excited and glad I have stumbled across your channel 💜💙💜 I've been wanting to learn how to make a bustier but cannot afford the courses of even physically get to them due to being disabled and my carers are only based where I live and the whole moving thing I cannot do unfortunately, one day I hope to move. Please please please keep doing the videos you have on here already. 😊 ❤ 🤗 thank you for sharing those with us, I'd really like to know how to come up with the patterns for bras plus nighter if you can shed any light on how is gratefully appreciate it. 😊 ❤ 🤗 all my love Joanne from the UK ❤🤗😊you
Exquisite. When I lived on East Coast, 80’s, we had a young *(17?) neighbor who was Korean…not only was she exquisitely beautiful, she was masterfully talented designer and seamstress:Atelier if you will. It was exposure to her that sort of lit a huge interest in sewing that I see as magic frankly. I could watch these videos for hours. I, sadly, don’t think I have the patience required to do this incredibly gorgeous work but I love watching a masterful person creating art. Beautiful work. Calming and fascinating video. Thank you. Absolutely Beautiful work! ❤
I wish I had the figure for wearing something like this. Thank you for showing this amazing video. I think I’ll make one for my great niece for her next costume.
I wish the video was all a long dress not just a bustier but the work was reeeally cleeeear and detailed i feel myself can do it ...thaaaaaaaank youuuuu from earth to moon
Wonderful! I’m not nearly as afraid of attempting this as I was before. Have you ever sewed the vertical bias strips on the inside so the are coved with the fabric ?
ik you probs wont see this but im in skl and i just want you to know i think what you do is amazing and has really helped me because i want to make a corset for my final piece for my mock exams thank you so much you will neer know how much you have helped me it looks gorgeous xx
One can appreciate the effort of making a nice garment, you nailed it!! So pretty, can you give a link to buying the embroidered piece of tulle that you use?? ❤❤
Ok I loveeeee this. This is officially the inspiration I'll be using to make my off white top for my wedding gown.😭😭 Opinion: music is perfect, description is perfect, video length is great not too long too short. Easy and simple. Explained gracefully and elegantly not all over the place like some tutorials. Haha seriously tho very nice. Also beautiful top you made and great color choice🖤🖤🖤
Quick question, what fabric would you suggest to make the boning from? I’m making my girlfriend her prom dress and I’m relatively new to sewing so picking out fabrics is still a bit daunting to me.
Absolutely divine piece you've created here. Very inspirational. Thank you for sharing! I understand the bustier is strengthened by some interfacing but I'm still worrying if that's enough to save the delicate silk. Either way, very well made, stunning fabric and color combo as well.
🥰 All in this video is amazing and beautiful and well made. Still, my sewing teacher would force me to baste stitch everything first and blind stitch to finish 😩
Why do they put the boning on the outside? I love this tutorial, I've seen a few and most of them put the boning on the outside, I just wondered is there a specific reason for it?
Thank you sooo much.. I had a hard time searching for how to make a bustier pattern nd corset.. Etc nd your vids were great nd soooooo easy to understand 😭🖤💗
What kind of sewing machine do you use? How do you set the tension for set? Sheer fabric and what kind of needle do you use? I've never sewed on any fabric like that
Thank you all. Btw I have already uploaded Pattern Making Videos on my channel. Pls check and I hope they are a little helpful for you all.
Where did you get that beautiful fabric from? Please respond I’ve been looking for some like that
