In this video we'll take a look at the seven chakras and what the chakra meanings really are.
The seven chakras are known by a variety of different names but essentially they are wheels of energy that are located in strategic areas of the body allowing organs to work correctly and for the body to heal when it needs too.
Here are the 7 chakras and their meanings...
The Root Chakra: This first chakra is known for survival and security and governs areas such as the kidneys, intestines and sexual organs. It is represented by the color red.
The Sacral Chakra: This is the second chakra and is represented by the color orange and it's located just below the naval stretching all the way down to the lower abdomen.
The Solar Plexus Chakra: The third chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra and it governed by the color yellow and is located below the rib cage.
The Heart Chakra: The fourth chakra is all about the heart which is also known as Anahata is symbolized by the color green and is tied to the ability to be compassionate, loving and forgiving.
The Throat Chakra: The fifth chakra is represented by the color blue and when it's working as it should it will allow you to hold a crowds attention and to speak fluently.
The Third Eye Chakra: The sixth chakra is represented by the color indigo and if you have a sharp ability to suss out people and have finely tuned instincts.
The Crown Chakra: The seventh chakra and last of all is the crown chakra and it's represented by a purple flower with a thousand petals. Spirituality comes into the human body and mind through the crown chakra.

This is not enough coverage about Chakras. Yes it's possible to open all chakra, Just read books and try it in your own. Don't use it as fun. Most of the people don't understand it. It's ok though. But if u really want to know something, it is better know it all and experience it in ur own.. Don't just watch video and pretend like you know it all!
Arnab Majumder do you have any book suggestions? I am a bit skeptical when it comes to all these RUclips videos about various yogas, meditation and chakras. I would prefer to take guidance and instruction from a spiritual book . But I'm not sure which one to read. Would you by any chance be kind enough to suggest a few by name ?

But I really am searching for the spiritual aspect of the chakras and krya( I am mentioning the name but please do not attempt this without further research and for the first attempt a knowledgable instructor. ). I know a lot people do offer explanations based on a universal concept which in itself is absolutely amazing that everyone is trying to be on the right path but to me if it is not spiritual it is not what will satisfy me. Thank you so much for the response and suggestions (I will check it out and let you know if it helped )

I would go with hay-fever or sinusitis as due to the nasal sound of her voice. One of her chakras isn't quite in tune.
Chakras do not exist. Jesus Christ is the only Master and Lord. No need to endorse these fake spiritual leaders. Obey the word of God according to the Holy Bible and stop sinning in this way you'll have no conflicts, inner peace, and everlasting LIFE. You're not God and you won't be able to save yourself, only Jesus can save us and no one else.

Daniel Murray The color of aura is your tone resonating with your energy. Its a spectrum, like electromagnetic waves, x-ray, ultra-violet, etc. The chakra points are a reflection of your perception at any one moment. Shift your perception, shift reality.
In theory you have hundreds of chakras. But, there are 8 layers to the aura altogether, the 8th layer in theory resonates with the Soul Star Chakra which sits right above the Crown Chakra. Each layer of the aura resonates with each Chakra. For instance the first Aura layer, which is the densest is called the Physical or Etheric layer. Most people can see this one with practice and it resonates with the Root Chakra. Then each layer goes up from there with its corresponding Chakra, each one getting higher and lighter.. Feel like all my life my higher chakras have been very powerful and my lower ones have been all out of whack.
I was like that for a while in my life too but once i got the lower ones cleared and healed the higher ones took off in a way that was incredible!!
