One thing I find so interesting is that he made his best gains when he was doing 6 to 9 working sets a week on his large muscle groups, and the other gentleman you had on last week does 40 sets a week for his large muscle groups. Just goes to show you, you need to find out what works best for you. Personally, I tend to be more like Ian, topping off at 15 sets a week at most on the large muscles, and hitting each muscle once every five days.
