I'll start next week a new job in a company where there are people from all over Europe, mostly Italian, and English is a requirement to communicate even among Italians.
I am positive your video has been beneficial to refresh my business English and to learn new useful phrases.
At the top as always, Marina!

IMPORTANT! There is a typo in the first phrase. The phrase is not “To thom it may concern,” it is “To whom it may concern”. I’d hate to see anybody slip up on their introduction, so that is the reason I am pointing this out.

What a great set of phrases! Thanks very much for that!
When we provide psychology training is to our corporate clients for non-native speakers of English, we see that vocabulary related to emotional intelligence is needed:
    Self-awareness,
    Self control,
    Motivation,
    Empathy
    and social skills.
We usually need to explain them to our clients which are not so fluent. I guess it means that in a way that psychology course is also an English course. Any thoughts? 😁

I've done a lot of professional development and at one time put together a course (including a manual) on the whole thingy about application letters putting together a resume (I may have used CV at the time), and through the interview phase.
