Just did mine. Took about an hour and was pretty straight forward. This video was a big help. No need to remove the spare tire. I also didn't unplug the wire harness to the bumper, there was plenty of slack in the wires to lay the bumper facia down on a blanket. Most time was spent removing and reinstalling the bumper facia carefully so as not to scratch or break any locking tabs. A helper would've made it easier but not necessary.
