She don't even look 75. But then Caribbean people usually age gracefully, they eat right eating all the good healthy stuff that grows naturally there in their cooking. Less stress living in de islands compared to the hyperactive, overworked lifestyle in North America.
Or.....it's just the fact that they're black. It's funny to me how white people act surprised by that every single time they see an older black person. Come on people :)
I often think it's something in the food that makes them look or stay looking younger or much more energetic.
Yuri Ivanov lol. True. It's the melanin in they're skin that slows the ageing process not the food which would only be a contributing factor. I've only got a little bit of the old melanin being very fair skinned but so far so good. :-)
