I made this omelette for a potato bowl tonight. Roasted potato/sweet potato bites topped with seasoned black beans and this omelette recipe with vegan cheddar inside. All topped with an avocado crema.
No joke I have struggled using JustEgg for SO LONG, but this recipe and method worked PERFECTLY! No sticking! Thank you!!! ❤️
My non-vegan fiance called it, "Not exaggerating, the best omelette of my life."

    NO WAY.
Yesterday, I got a pans and pots set from FIKA and was lamenting to a friend how I won't be able to use the gyerranmari pan...
    And now you drop this?
Joanne, you are a lifesaver! What great timing!

Ooo, this looks more colorful than the Japanese versions I’ve seen. I am making this. This has convinced to het the rectangular pan.

Actually both Korean and Japanese can be as colourful or colourless. The colours (vegetables) isn’t really what determines Korean or Japanese. The traditional Korean one is more simple! Generally Japanese one usually uses fish broth or kelp broth (dashi).

YES! I love this dish. I'm working on making my own 'just egg' and I think it should work well for this! Thanks for the tips.

Chickpea flour (besan at your local Indian grocery) also makes for a good substitute for eggs.

Please don't remind us, now that we thought we were already having a conversation which we can only have if we have a literate & intertribal court (with written records of past rulings), that one can be either politically "herbivorous" (with eyes on opposite sides of one's head, like an herbivore), or politically carnivorous (with forward-looking eyes).
Is there any doubt as to whether 'people' are the things which I predict that it will never be imaginable [for a non-exile from history, and from safety, other people, and from not being regretful] to go crazy for, but that we would all make any sacrifice in order for one of us to START AND FINISH going crazy for anything? but if beauty is truly a myth, taste is a self-incrimination

Some carrots can be purple. Some carrots can be white. Orange carrots are modern carrots 🙂.
