Moderation the key word here.
People ask me how I stay in shape and I always tell them it's not just about what you eat, it's about how much you eat.
I still eat junk food and chocolate but max once or twice a week. And even then, they're usually small portions.
Finding one of my subscribed channels reply here is great. Love you both!
two legends in one place

Absolutely love your channel. One of my most anticipated posters. Love simple, refined and stylish choices you make.
I love how he had the candle while eating the chinese food with his fiance. It's the little things. Sick and relaxing video. 🔥🔥
Being a dietitian and a fan of your channel, thanks for promoting the right and healthy eating way. There are too many "Diet" that are unnecessary. Variety, moderation and balance are the key point for eating healthily. Good job!! Another high quality video.
Great video Eric.
Advise: put the tomato slices in your sandwich between the meat and lettuce. You will enjoy a less soggy sandwich! 😊.
Good tip!
Agree with some of the comments below. Please do a new home tour! And always looking for new inspiration. Great content as always sir!!!
Coming very soon!
Newly subscribed to your channel about 3 days ago and have already watched all of your videos! Keep them coming, you make great content!
Just stumbled across you and now you are one of my favorite you tubers.
I've been making morning oats for breakfast ever since you first showed them in your morning routine video a year ago! Super convenient and simple for full-time work!
6:58 i thought for a moment that he was washing the macbook lol
I gasped because it was exactly what went through my mind
I love your simplicity and ease of everything. And eco-friendly
Hey, would love for you to go into detail/share the minimalistic designed items that you have. For instance, in this video, you have some nice mugs and bowls. Maybe some videos on glassware, dinnerware, cookware, etc. I know you did kitchen essentials but that was only a few things. Love the channel.
Love the vid 👏🏼new apartment tour coming soon ? 👀
maybe...
The aesthetics on this video are stellar.
I love the simple, detailed and to-the-point style of your videos. I also love your music selections.
“Diet is not about limitation, but moderation.” I agree 100%.
Hueguh, you have done it again. Another fantastic video. And I must say I totally agree with your food choices, I have the exact same mindset when it comes to my diet. And life is too short not to enjoy the things around you but in a controlled manner. 💯
Didn’t expect the carb heavy meals. Nice video as always.
Your videos are so relaxing. 👍 Nice Job!
My mom was so right about cooking mussels. So quick to make. Love your different breakfast meals. This was a great video as I’m trying to cook more at home vs. take out.
The quality of the video is so good man! Keep up the good work!
Seriously I NEED that knife. Awesome videos I love how they’re so crisp and minimal!

I saw that Sierra Nevada Hazy IPA! if you're ever in Asheville its a great brewery!
Keep up the good work, still love your videos
Great vid! Just some constructive feedback if it’s welcomed: you should brown the sausage first to get a nice sear then add the onions after since they have a shorter cooking time, then proceed to deglaze and get all the good stuff off the pan ☺️
Yes!!!! Been waiting weeks for this
been waiting for your videos man 😤
Man, Nice videos. Cheers from São Paulo, Brazil!
Love watching your content! Would you mind sharing your recipes in the video? I am trying to recreate the pasta and I'm not sure how much chicken stock is needed.
Everything looks like it is of the best quality.
More vids like this plssss!!
Amazing video! Mussels are one of my favourite dishes whenever I can source them
Love your channel man super chills great quality
as much as i love these types of videos, i still do miss the old fashion videos. hope you'll still do them in the future. :)
I hear you loud and clear!
Protip: Grind your chia seeds, the nutrients are far more easily abosrbed that way, they generally just pass and you get almost nothing out of it.
Also flax seeds is a much better for pound per dollar in terms of Omega 3.
100k subs already he is growing fast
Why am I so hungry all of a sudden
Glad to see you here... I appreciate your honest videos
It's hard to find balance on food recipes on youtube that are sustainable with regards to cost, number of ingredients, time to prepare etc. Thanks for this video hope to see more recipes in the future.
*Moderation is huge.*
Fantastic video loved this one!!!
Gonna have to try that oyster dish, but awesome content as always :)

This is the first “what i eat” video that is realistic AND looks delicious. Not an easy feat!
Does Jennifer have a channel? My husband and loved your staple wardrobe video, but id love to see a woman’s version of it.
I think you should start filming in 18:9
This kitchen is beautiful! Where are your food storage containers from?
Taylor S those are from sams club they’re sams club brand I have the same ones
We got the food storage containers from Container store, the jars are the Le Parfait Terrines.
Target has some Pyrex brand containers that look like this and are likely less costly.
I see that Hazy Day! It’s brewed where I’m from!
Congrats on your engagement and soon to come wedding!
Love the video and jamming to the music

Great content, keep it coming! Question: where do you get your jars from for your over night oats?
I think they have jars like that in ikea
I checked ikeas website and nothing
Jared Barahona www.ikea.com/gb/en/cat/korken-series-24046/ Not sure where are you from and maybe they don’t sell it everywhere but you could look for KORKEN series
Le Parfait Terrines
Your videos are fire! 🔥
Do a video on doing the dishes too.
Favorite youtuber
Waited for this
Спасибо!
bro try this our recipe in the Philippines, very very simple. all you need(i wish you have the ingredients at your market(wet market whatever).
mussle, ginger, onion, garlic and chili pepper leaves, salt.
1st clean the mussle then saute chopped(minced) garlic and onion any kinds of cooking oil, then add the chopped ginger after the ginger cooked(if you have fish sauce thats great asian loves fish sauce than salt) you can add the mussle, salt and chili pepper leaves remember don't add water, let it cook in 3~10mins it depends the volume of mussle you prepared for a meal.
we called that simple recipe as "tinolang tahong".
😉
We will for sure try this, didn't know there was a Filipino muscle dish. Fish sauce is life!
Nice collection of meals. I personally don’t find vegetables to be more filling than other foods as you said. Foods high in fat and protein are far more filling by comparison of caloric density for me.
It's not about caloric density or protein and fat content. Vegetables are regarded to be filling/high volume food because of the high fiber and water content.
Try avocado toast with almond butter and red chili flakes! sounds odd but its delicious!
The spread was actually humus not almond butter lol.
@@Hueguh I know I was recommending a different take! love the videos and keep them coming
Only criticism I have about your videos is that there aren't more of them! Always finding myself counting down the days until a new video is put out! Keep up the great work man, looking forward for more to come!
Where is the table from at the end? I love it.
Good boy.
Hi, was just wondering what size is your staub dutch oven? Thanx!
very nice !!!
Great video as always! What kind of bread do you use in this?
I used sliced sourdough for everything, then served the musscles with a sour dough bagquette.
Love your videos bro.
What bread do you use for the turkey sandwich
What kind of bread is that? Looks delicious! Also, what are your recommendations for a daily and versatile watch?
Personally, I like dive watches for daily wear. Depending on budget, Seiko SKX007, Baltic Aquascaphe, Oris Divers Sixty-Five.
I just RSVP'd YES 😁. Great video as always Hueguh!
Where is this candle from?? Please tell me!!
I’ve been waiting for this video. 👍
Congratulations 🤵👰♀️
What size is your Staub Dutch oven?
I click, I like, I watch
Am I the only one who is not surprised at all by him being able to be in shape eating all of this? He eats the smallest portions, specially in the breakfast.
That quick watch switch at 1:03 to 1:07 tho
@Hueguh where is your watch strap from?
