ഞാൻ ignis user ആണ്. നല്ല വണ്ടി ആണ്. പറഞ്ഞതൊക്കെ correct ആണ്. ഞാൻ highly satisfied ആണ്. 2 negatives suspension & back seat design correct ആണ്. But hard suspension ആയത് കൊണ്ട് ആണ് അടി ഇടിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്. Customer care ൻ്റെ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞതിനോട് ഞാൻ യോജിക്കുന്നില്ല. Servive അത്ര പോര. ഒരു വർഷം മുമ്പ് ഞാൻ സർവീസിന് കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ ചില കാര്യങ്ങൾ അവർ സർവീസ് ചെയ്തു തന്നില്ല. പിറ്റേന്ന് ഞാൻ രാവിലെ 9 മണിക്ക് മാരുതിയിലേക്ക് complaint mail അയച്ചു. ഉച്ചയായപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് റീജിയണൽ മാനേജറുടെ കോൾ വന്നു. ഞാൻ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു. ഉടനെ തന്നെ സർവീസ് സെൻററിൽ നിന്നും കോൾ വന്നു. പിറ്റേന്ന് രാവിലെ അവർ വീട്ടിൽ വന്ന് വണ്ടി എടുത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോയി നന്നായി ഫ്രീ ആയി സർവീസ് ചെയ്ത് വണ്ടി തിരികെ കൊണ്ട് തന്നു. എന്നുമാത്രമല്ല, പോളിഷിംഗ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഫ്രീയായി ചെയ്തുതന്നു. മാരുതിയിൽ കംപ്ലൈൻറ് ചെയ്താൽ അത്രമാത്രം എഫക്ടീവ് ആണ്. വണ്ടി സൂപ്പർ ആണ്. 4 വർഷം 40000 km ഓടി. 100% satisfied. Ignis 🔥🔥🔥

ഇപ്പോ zero star safety rating വണ്ടി പഴയതിൽ നിന്ന് മാറിയത് കൊണ്ട് അല്ല, testing protocol കുറച്ച് കൂടി strict ആയത് കൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നാണെന്ന് തോനുന്നു

മാരുതിക്ക് അഹങ്കാരമാണ് . ഇവിടത്തെ മണ്ടന്മാരായ ആളുകൾക്ക് മൈലേജ് മാത്രം മതി. വേറെ സേഫ്റ്റി ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് ഒന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് ഇല്ലാത്ത വണ്ടികൾ തന്നെ വലിയ വിലക്ക് കുറേക്കാലം തന്നു പറ്റിച്ചു. മറ്റ് കമ്പനികൾ നല്ല നല്ല ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് ഉള്ള വണ്ടികൾ ഇറക്കിയ പോലെയാണ് ഇവന്മാർക്ക് നേരം വെളുത്തത്.
രണ്ടര വർഷമായി കയ്യിലുണ്ട്, 60k ഓടി, ഗംഭീരം... ❤
