    And the 2nd case she had the nerve to cry? Surely you didn’t think he’d be paying your bills and up keeping your house while you work as well plus pay child support?she already gets free child care through his parents! And he picks the boy up and spends time with him every single day but you complain about it not being over night? Do you know how many mothers would love to get that much support from the father? The audacity

    • @cookiemonster40

      Why is it assumed he will pay support when care is 50 50? Maybe she will have to pay support right?

    Nasal sprays can be addictive, and mom having no legal right to fill a script for daughter on her own. dad has every right to go to court. And CPS is involved? It’s not ridiculous to go to court. There’s a reason dad has custody.

      Nasal sprays are not addictive. You can build up a tolerance to them, meaning they are less effective and you need to use more of them, but they are not addictive.

    18:00 is mom really CRYING after the judge awarded them joint custody with alternating weekly schedules?? How dare the judge make the right decision for the child o spend equal time with both parents who clearly love them?! I’m so annoyed that her having to share time with the child’s father made her cry. That’s what the child needs and deserves.

    2nd case….. I do not understand people that want a home but cannot pay for it. You didn’t want you’re supposed to continue to pay for it and on top of that child support. I feel like that’s ridiculous. If you want child support, then you need to share in the bills of that home.

But whatever you do don’t move out and make sure you see the children more than 50% of the time.

  • @virtueousamor

    What do you want to bet that for the 1st case, both investigations were brought on by the father. He seen she picked up the Flonase and since it’s where she worked , reported it as some sort of fraud and the house was probably his reporting as well which is why his attorney rushed to file this before the investigation was complete because it would be unfounded. She picked up the Flonase and dropped off to his house! But had to pay attorneys fees? Atleast give her a second chance to mess up judge

    • @justanothersmith6012
      @justanothersmith6012 День назад +9

      IMO, it was about mom’s behavior. Something had to go really off course for dad to end up with sole LEGAL custody.
      Mom’s not following the court order that says she doesn’t get to make decision. That’s particularly important for medical care. If it wasn’t the child’s regular doctor who called it in, who did? Did mom take her somewhere else? What else is she doing if she thinks she’s allowed to make decisions like this? If she’s a pharmacist I’m sure she understands the court order. This time it’s Flonase , but what if it was Adderall or an antidepressant? Dad’s looking at the big picture and nipping it in the bud.

    • @virtueousamor
      @virtueousamor День назад +2

      @ if it were something other than Flonase I’d agree. If she took the child to another doctor other than the regular doctor, you better believe dad’s attorney would have mentioned that. To request that visitations stop until the investigation is done seems questionable to me of if your thinking of the best interest of the child. At face value based on what we do know, it seems frivolous to me but we would need more info to really know

    1st case: Dad is the Lansing Deputy Court Clerk (per LinkedIn). He files a ridiculous Flonase motion- ‘coincidentally’ CPS investigates Moms’ ‘home cleanliness’ mere days later.
    CPS allegedly visits Dad at home, ‘advising’ he ‘file an emergency motion’.
    In this hearing, Dad & his lawyer offer no:
    • CPS testimony, reports or updates
    • no confirmation an open investigation exists, *and*
    • no evidence of initial CPS home findings, nor proof it’s severe enough that CPS personally advises Dad files an *emergency* motion
    Dad & his lawyer could have filed a separate emergency motion, based on ‘CPS advice, due to initial findings in open investigation re cleanliness’
    Instead, we got…Flonase.
    That got them before the judge.
    They barely mentioned the Flonase, & instead propped it up by using claims they didn’t file (nor any proof to accompany it)
    Dad had his fancy lawyer, who charges $1500 for Flonase filings.
    Mom has no representation. Dad’s motion is denied- Mom made to pay for it.
    Furthermore, if CPS felt an *emergency* motion was needed, they’d file themselves.
    It’s ironic that Mom is being told she can only provide emergency medical treatment, & what constitutes an emergency- Dad & his lawyer deemed Flonase a damn emergency.
    Mom has no representation. Dad has his lawyer who charges $1500 for Flonase filings.
    Judge said Moms explanation & actions seemed reasonable- but made her pay the $1500 Flonase attorney fees.
    I’d love to find the original custody trial/findings. I can’t even find the docs.
    Whether she’s a shitty Mom who deserved to lose custody, or has been screwed by the system- this Dad & his lawyer were ridiculous.
    Clerks get to know many judges, attys, police, DCF etc in their work. They develop broad legal knowledge, & know how to navigate (& leverage) the system.
    I fully believe Dad & his atty are filing in bad faith, & this woman doesn’t stand a chance without an atty.
