I’ve dealt with the same thing. I had my daughter more than her mother and when I took her back to court she took my time away so I could see her less so she doesn’t have to stop getting child support. The courts suck.

I must commend that Dad, he seems like a stand up guy . He being so sensitve to his daughter's safety is everything, he is her security.

I am disgusted that yet again another more competent parent does not get majority or full custody simply because he is the father. We women have no right to stay home with children We women have no right to government support just because we birthed children. I am blessed as a SHM because I have a partner to provide for our monetary needs. But it isn’t my right to do so. This lazy mother should be ashamed. But one needs a moral compass in order to feel shame. The father needed a female attorney who would’ve done hard for him. Not a meek slow speaking attorney.
