Wow, looks delicious, and thanks for actually showing the jiggle instead of just describing it. Very helpful to compare it to mine so I know when it's done.
Just discovered your channel. Like the recipe . Its sure simple and easy with a very delicious looks! Proud of my Guyanese fellows. Love from Toronto and Guyana 🇬🇾🇨🇦❤
Could you kindly share the recipe as you were talking so fast & your hands were going at the same speed, I missed catching how much sugar & how many eggs were used? Thank you! Jenny Lynn &
Okay, so I tried this today and it was soo delicious,😍 it had that creamy taste that I was craving 🤤 and I absolutely loved it. Thank you chef for this amazing recipe😮🙏
Looks really easy and delicious. But what about amounts? How much does each condensed milk can contain? It looks like you used 6 eggs, but not sure. You didn't mention how many...
Yes u can...no need to reheat...to me it is best enjoyed the day after and cold. I usually bake mine the night before and let it setup in the refrigerator overnight. Just make sure to cool it down first and cover before refrigerating.
Can you substitute a couple (2) can of something beside Evaporated Milk? I only have 2 & it's over an hr round trip to a grocery store for me. I just went today & want to make this if I can substitute 2 cans for something else? Thanks.
Opps well I guess you answered that towards the end of your video. Guess great minds think alike. Haha. Regular milk can be used thank goodness. Yummy.
Yes you can...you can also use whole milk. I think each can is 12oz so u can measure out 24oz of whole milk or just cut the recipe in half and use just the 2 cans. The only difference with the whole milk is that the texture will not be as smooth.
@Danielle Palmer Right. And this is a space for opinions and comments AND not just those that are the same as yours. If you don't want to read them, you don't have to.

Thanks for the recipe.💕
I’ll use honey, double the rum and called this a Rum-Runner.

Do you have an eggnog recipe ?
Can I put vanilla extract ? I don’t like almond and put cinnamon I don’t like nutmeg
@mariannagidaro816 yes you can use any flavorings of your choice
Hi Ms. Carolyn, can I bake this in the night to use the next day? Can I preheat it in the microwave the next day?🙊
Yes u can...no need to reheat...to me it is best enjoyed the day after and cold. I usually bake mine the night before and let it setup in the refrigerator overnight. Just make sure to cool it down first and cover before refrigerating.
I'm still looking for when the custard powder is added
No custard powder needed in this recipe
Can the vanilla be substituted ?
Yes any flavoring of your choice...almond or rum works best
@@ChefCarolynCooks thank you so much, I'm trying it today 😍
Sugar and no condensed milk.... ??
Looks kinda wattery... no?
What is the oven temperature I should bake it?
350 degrees...it's also listed in the description box below the video..thank you
How long it shud be in the oven ?
Depending if it's a whole pan or individual, approximately 35 to 40 mins. The info is also in the description box below.
Can you bake this in pie crust? Also, can you 1/2 the recipe
You can definitely half the recipe. I've never tried it in a pie crust so I'm not sure, but if you do let me know how it comes out.
Where is the recipe in the text?

@@ChefCarolynCooks Can condense milk also be used?
@@CountryGYAL no it cannot due to the heavy sugar content. Once condensed milk is heated up it will turn to carmel.
Hi I need to know how ounce is the little round pan
You don’t say how much you use in quantity
The measurements are in the description box below
U didn't add custard powder
Not the same type of custard . That is for pouring over puddings ...this is a solid custard like creme brulle
Evaporation milk? 🤔
Yes
Where's the custard powder?
No custard powder in this recipe. They are many variations and this one uses eggs with the evaporated milk and then baked.
How many eggs thou
The recipe is in the description box but it is 6 eggs
Ok thanks, I thought it was evaporated milk. 🙀
Could have spared us the watching of six small bowls being filled. Grating of the nutmeg too. So much demo not necessary
Hey Karen stop complaining !!!
@Danielle Palmer Right. And this is a space for opinions and comments AND not just those that are the same as yours. If you don't want to read them, you don't have to.
A 7 minute video and so many complaints. I feel sorry for your friends & family 🙄
Ok next time you can direct the video 🤣😂
A whole nutmeg? That can kill a person.
😀
Obviously, she just means gratings from a real nutmeg not a pre powdered from a jar
Be natural u won't sound so fake why force it
Thank you for YOUR opinion
* 1 CUP not “cups”
great recipe, thank you!
