அவர்கள் அரசாங்க சட்டத்தின் படி சங்கம் பதிவு செய்கிறார்கள் அது ஏன் நிலுவையில் இருக்கு. வெளிநாட்டு முதலீடு முக்கியம் அதற்காக குறைந்த ஊதியத்தில் வேலை செய்யணும்னு சொல்றீங்களா .
அவர்கள் 13 ஆண்டுகளாக வேலை செய்கிறார்கள் சம்பளம் 30 ஆயிரம் மற்ற நிறுவனம் ஒப்பிடும் போது குறைவுதான் . அவர்களில் பெரும்பான்மை 30 வயதுக்கு மேல் உள்ளவர்கள் இப்போது உள்ள சூழலில் வேறு நிறுவனத்தில் வேலை கிடைப்பது கடினம் , அதற்காக அவர்கள் தரும் ஊதியத்தில் வேலை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பது என்ன நியாயம்
