Glad to see this assortment of villains as the Sinister Six as they are the initial incarnation from Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 in 1964. For an added thematic challenge, you can try beating them in the order Peter did: Electro, Kraven, Mysterio, Sandman, Vulture, and then Doc Ock.
The interplay of Sandman being the lowest threat but growing in life the longer you don't touch him, and kraven just a constant threat if you're ever alone, and the spaces being destroyed by doc ock... all at the same time finally brings marvel united up to a level where I want to play it. It's definitely the must have of the set.
I just ordered the base game online because it isn't available yet from stores. Looking forward to playing it. But, how long do I have to wait until the expansions are available for sale? I would prefer to give my money to a local game store to support them.
They won’t be in retail unless your local game store ordered them during the Kickstarter campaign. However they are available during the current X-men Kickstarter as an optional add-on. You can buy them there or ask your game store to order some.
Oh man! This looks great, it's a shame it's not in stores. They really punish peolple outside of Kickstarter, and no spiderman? Thats another punch in the heart. I hope in Marvel Champions getting something similar. Nice review by the way
Most of the expansions became kickstarter exclusives, so if you want to pick any of them up, they will be re-releasing them during the X-Men United kickstarter campaign on April 14th!
@@TheThreeAmigosMC Thanks for that. I don't know what to think about all this Kick Starter stuff, I am just a mom buying games for my family and it's hard to keep up with all of this!!
@@nancyann1090 It definitely can be hard! These things come and go so quickly... luckily now that the game is arriving and people are reviewing it, you can decide which expansions are worth looking into and then check the kickstarter and decide if you want to pick any of them up. CMON basically uses kickstarter as a limited time pre-order website, so unfortunately you have to keep up on the news with them and a lot of other board game companies now
I wish my playmat came and none of the expansions or base game came it’s frustrating seeing everyone playing while I’m waiting for a response from CMON
Tom’s biggest wish is now coming true thanks to the New Sinister Six expansion in the new MU Multiverse kickstarter!

A part of me wants a version of this with hobgoblin instead of kraven, like the issue this expansion is named after

Looks fun. Would love to see more play throughs of any of these expansions

The Sinister Six is the best expansion. Each of the villains are quite different, and we are always debating on who to take out first.
Which of the 6 villain do you like?
Later today I'll start a series of videos ranking all the heroes and villains.
Sounds fun. Looking forward to it

@@TheThreeAmigosMC oh, that is a shame that I missed that run. Thanks for the heads up!

Played through this four times today with a friend and couldn't win. Any suggested heroes?
Any tips on getting cmon customer service to respond? Our base game still hasn’t been delivered from the Kickstarter.

bought this one today from eBay. A bit pricey, but it looks so good
I hope we get to see a play through of this one.
Nice that they went with the Homecoming Vulture and not the silly Wile E Coyote Vulture XD
If there had been a way to add any villain to this it would have been epic!
That's really cool. Doesn't have the plug and play of the rest of the game but very unique
