i really adore your art style. i'm a high school student & watching your videos inspires me to keep making art! thank you for making honest and fun videos 🙏
UGH i love the shading in the cereal artwork 💕💕 you’re your own self critic because it looks amazing. all the artworks done in this video are INCREDIBLE
It's funny how I relate so much to you as an art student as well. The troubles we experience was more mentally and could only be experienced by us. Sometimes, I gaslight myself into thinking that I am 100% doing good and not experiencing these--whatever this is. I feel like, as artists, we will never be contented with what we produce and that makes us really sad people.
i am doing fashion desighning and this semester was rough for me when u shared about toxic productivity and hyper fixation i really related to it alot cause doing that can cause such a bad burn out i honestly for the first time thought about freezing my semester even thinking that made me feel so guilty cause i really am very grateful to be able to get an education and i really like it but because i struggle with anxiety and depression already and on top of that all that overwhelmness of getting good grades learning doing assighnments it got really bad to a point i just couldnt function at all i wish sometimes i could tell my teachers but honestly i dont wanna come across as not responsible and give excuses im soo grateful for ur video in a weird way i feel comforted seen and validated by it and i have immense respect for artists truly.

i personally feel like your art is so expressive and engaging to look at as an audience. you are undoubtedly an incredibly skilled artist and i wish you the best in your art journey :)) this was a very fun video and i feel proud to see how hardworking you are, despite this being the first video of yours that i've watched. please always continue producing art!! and also, prioritize yourself. you are the creator, after all :)
It was so exciting to see you creating your projects! I think I liked Threesome and the one with the figures painted on your body the best. But I liked them all, and it's so interesting to see this behind-the-scenes look at an artist creating. You are so personable too, which makes your videos a joy to watch.
Love your openness and your artwork. That is the strength, and potential weakness, of being an artist. I'm a year late to this party but I hope you are prospering as an artist & in life.Wishing you the very best as you are now probably facing graduation and starting your next chapter.
It really makes me feel good to see how you approach setbacks and challenges, sure nobody loves a setback especially when you have pressure to get stuff done but you always seem to be rooted in a good vision of what you want to express and then somehow find a way to make it work, and the results well that's in the eye of the beholder right and your always gonna judge yourself more than anyone else but I think they're really thoughtful pieces.
Wow I’m sure you definitely don’t give yourself enough credit for the amazing art that you do and the thought process that goes into everything so let me just tell you that it’s so inspirational! The fact that you chose to redo something that you could’ve just handed in as is is kinda crazy too. I want to applaud you but also hope that you’re resting well amidst all of this!!! ❤❤❤ I know it must not be easy since life itself is just hard but on top of that, you’re pushing yourself so much! Don’t forget to rest and eat some yummy food and do things just for fun sometimes ❤❤❤much love, a new subbyyyyyy 😊

I love watching videos like this because I currently am planning to go to college for art when I'm finished with schooling so this like gives me inspiration and more detication towards my art.

Also, grateful for this video 'cause I've been documenting my final year as a Fashion Marketing student and I was at a loss for how to edit it when I'm done and this gave me a good idea for the framework.
I'm so glad I found your videos when you first started on TikTok. I'm a high school sophomore (I go to an art school and I major in visual arts). I have been looking into colleges early and how their art programs are. USC is also on my list and watching your videos makes me want to go to USC more and look more into its art program. Thank you so much for your videos - I really enjoy watching them !!

So when glazing the paint needs to be dry, I am pretty sure that might have been the problem. Especially in oil painting, paintings take forever to dry. They might look and feel dry on the surface but as soon as you introduce a solvent that can change. It is the same issue you have when varnishing a work; I recently varnished an oil painting that was 8 months old and probably should have waited another 4, because a small amount of paint dissolved in the varnish. It obviously depends on the medium you use, mine was a drying retardant for example. For glazing dry to touch shouuuld be enough but I would always test it by painting just with the oil, no paint over an area that is not that important. I hope I could help 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Ah and because you cannot glaze with something like turpentine and always need an oil, that layer of glaze probably won‘t be dry to touch for weeks and you will need to wait before continuing
