Noteperformer or Vienna for Orchestra instruments, Kontakt for guitar with pedalboard effects, UVI world suite and JADE Ethnic Percussion for ethnic instruments. Drum notation is a different beast altogether so I didn't cover them in this beginner tutorial, but there are good tutorials on RUclips, but I might make a follow up video explaining it too.

Change the instrument to "Percussion with 1 Line". You can simply type control/command T to add text and drag it anywhere.

Type "N" and click on the staff to properly input notes. The free version allows you to input them of course.
